Remodeled 4 bed/3bath home minutes to all major ski resorts, downtown Salt Lake City, University of Utah, and close to freeways. TV’s in every room, Game room with foosball, dartboard, and games. Outdoor patio with gas fire pit, hot tub, grill, and dining. Pack n play, highchair, stroller, access and use of 2 car garage. Fenced back yard. Home is in quiet established Holladay/Murray neighborhood with large trees in end of the street cul de sac.

Large, comfortable home

We were a group of 5 adults and 2 kids, skiing Snowbasin and Little Cottonwood Canyon. Kim was accommodating with our requests, and we had a comfortable time in her home.

Wonderful house

The hosts take very good care of their property. It was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked. The beds are comfortable, and we will definitely consider staying there again.

Summer Stay

We stayed in Murray for 8 days at the house and everything ran smoothly in the house. It was a great location, quiet at the end of the street and conveniently located to everything in Salt Lake and the Mountains. Basement room was awesome for our kids. Would recommend as a great place to stay for families.

Great home in a nice neighborhood

We stayed in May 2024 visiting SLC for our son’s graduation from U of U. Kimberly’s home was perfect for us and our parents. The house is comfortably decorated and the beds were comfy for a peaceful night’s sleep. It was easy to commute to and from the University and the e found some amazing restaurants nearby to the house. Thanks to Kimberly for hosting us!

Great convenient stay to the slopes

We loved our stay here! It was super convenient for us to make it to Brighton and Solitude, and gave us plenty of space to relax after the slopes.

Comfortable and quiet

Christmas near Park City

This place was perfectly located at the base of Park City Mountain for some great ski days. We had a group of 7 adults and we had plenty of space and bathrooms. Spa was great. Communication was excellent and the trip was great!

Home Away From Home

The home has been mindfully renovated with beautiful touches in every room that makes for a relaxing “at home” experience. The beds are super comfortable, linens soft and plenty of blankets if you need them. The yards are perfect for both entertaining with kids playing, and peaceful and relaxing zen time. My son is in a wheelchair and the mini ramps over the steps to the front door made it easy to get in and out of the house and he could maneuver into the master bedroom- so if you are traveling with an elderly family member this is perfect. Having a bedroom, bath and family room downstairs (basement) was also wonderful for allowing separate zones for hanging out.

Cute and comfortable home close to skiing

We had a great stay at Kimberly‘s property over our spring break. We came to ski and were a mere 25 minutes from Snowbird, Alta, Solitude and Brighton. The house was perfect for our needs. The beds are super comfortable and the hot tub was great. My teenagers loved having their own flatscreen TV in their bedroom. Kimberly was easy to communicate with and had everything set up perfectly in the house. There was a book with suggestions for nearby dining options and fun things to do. The house is centrally located for lots of activities in the Salt Lake City area. I would definitely rent this house again. Thanks for hosting us.

Great for families

Absolutely loved this home. Beautifully staged, kid friendly and stocked with more amenities than we could hope for. The owner also gave us great tips on things to do in the area with kids. I highly recommend this place!

Great House and Unbelievable Location!

Kimberly was great with communication, and prompt with answering any of our questions. The check-in process couldn't have been easier and the house was very clean. Great place to stay with other couples or friends as the 4 bedrooms gave us privacy. The location was fantastic with close proximity to the ski mountains, rental shops, and restaurants. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Just a perfect place

The property was in great shape, the location was perfect, and the owners were fantastic. The house really felt like a home away from home. We loved everything about it. The owners had the house fully stocked with everything we needed. We were sad to leave, we had enjoyed the house that much. The owners were by far the most thoughtful that you will find in a vrbo.

Perfect for a group

Kimberly and Bryan were very accommodating for our group. The home is nicely updated with perfect amenities, and well stocked with supplies. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing. There’s plenty of room to spread out between the upstairs area and the lower level game room. Parking and use of the garage was a huge perk our group with our gear. This home is perfectly located in relation to the ski areas in a quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place for a family or group, and will recommend it to anyone heading to the Salt Lake area.
