Rebecca's Downtown Luxury Living (527 N 1st St, #C), Hosted by Byers & Harvey. Enjoy our modern 1650 sq ft, two-story townhome with a private entrance. We're located within 2 blocks of the FM Bank Arena and are within minutes of the city's most popular bars and restaurants. We have 2 designated parking spots in the main parking lot located behind the building. Our private, dual-master bedroom, 2.5-bathroom space comes equipped with a full kitchen with high-end upgrades (granite countertops, stainless finishes, & hardwood floors) to make home-cooked meals for friends and loved ones. Stream your favorite shows or movies. Stay clean and organized our in-unit washer/dryer as well!

Guest Access:
Please enter through the back door and use the parking area located in the back of the property (the 2 parking spaces at the bottom of the hill). Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive a custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies

We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
• By booking this reservation, you authorize permission for us to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and let us know if you have any questions.
• Check-in is after 4:00 pm
• Check-out is before 10:00 am
• This unit is NOT pet-friendly. Please let us know immediately if you plan on bringing a pet, so we can find alternative sleeping accommodations before your arrival.
• Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash by placing it in the trash can outside
• Upon booking, you agree that you have read & agree to comply with these rules. In the event any of our rules are violated, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued. Thank you!

Gem!! Modern upscale convenient location !

This condo is a gem! Clean , bright, cheery and roomy !! We were there to visit our son at Fort Campbell. Very convenient to the base and many attractions such as the river walk. Communication with management was superior. We highly recommend this stay !!

Nice new townhouse

Property is clean and new. It needs blinds on the windows and doors and dimmers on the lights or smaller lamps to use. Other than that, it was a great place to stay for a few days.

Heavenly and Splendid!

My stay at this location was superb. It was as the pictures on the site. All the accommodations were true. The neighborhood was very quiet the whole time of my stay, very clean and neat throughout the home. I am hoping to get this same location when I visit again and plan on telling others about the experience. The best VRBO Stay to date. Thank you 🙏

First Street Property

Nice, clean property. Very nice kitchen, living areas and bedrooms. Would have been nice to have curtains on all windows in bedrooms and curtain/ film on back door window. Would be nice to have directions for pod coffie maker. Many messes before this was figured out. Overall a nice place to stay.

I noticed age identifiers above stop at 18. What we didn't see in the description is the number of steps. We are all seniors with bad backs and knees. Suggest you put Handrail at outside steps as they are unusually steep. Also, all bedrooms are up about 15 steps. Just a note you may want to include. Might also want to point out which street to use in order to access back door. Otherwise very nice.
