** We have ZERO TOLERANCE for not communicating a plan to have a get-together BEFORE booking and will CANCEL the reservation if we find out after you book your reservation. You MUST communicate this BEFORE booking to be approved or not. 13 guests max including yourself for approved get-togethers. NOT all get-togethers are approved. If this is not communicated BEFORE booking we will CANCEL the reservation as we have a ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY. If we see on the security cameras that there are more guests than discussed WE WILL ask everyone to LEAVE immediately that are NOT over night guests. We have ZERO tolerance for more guests than approved.

**PETS** We are pet friendly but we must know how many pets you or your guests will be bringing onto the property at anytime and what kind of pets they are BEFORE BOOKING. If pet hair is left anywhere and not cleaned there will be an extra $50 fee per half hour for pet hair removal. We highly recommend leaving the blankets on the couch when pets are staying. If any guest brings a pet onto the property that were not originally booked before check-in you will be charged an additinal $100 fee per pet plus any cleaning fees for pet hair removal. Thank you.

** SECURITY CAMERAS ** There are 4 security cameras on the outside of the house. First camera is above the smaller garage door facing west. This camera video records the entire front driveway and front yard. Second camera is above the metal gate entrance. This camera records all guests coming through the gate. Third camera is located in the backyard on the south corner of the house. This camera records the entire backyard to the north, east, and south. Fourth camera is located in the courtyard sitting on the far west window ledge. This camera captures the entire courtyard area. The cameras listed are not to be moved or messed with during your stay and are recording for security purposes. zero tolerance for the camera to be touched.
