Heart of East Market Arts District - Surrounded by distilleries, breweries, coffee shops, boutiques, parks, lots of local bars and restaurants ~ 1 block!
Dogs are welcome, but there will be a non refundable, pet fee of $150.
The Space:
Updated and upgrades furnishings around the apartment including TV's, Washer and Dryer
Only requirement of renter is Gas, Electric and Water
Guest Access:
Electronic Deadbolt Access

2 Blocks from Slugger Field, Walking Bridge to Indiana, all the Distilleries, Shops and Restaurants

Private Parking.
