This home is available to rent for 30 days or longer. We are perfect for Corporate & Business travelers, Heath care workers & other visitors staying a bit longer. Our price reflects this commitment and discounts for longer stays are available . Our home is a traditional Shotgun home that has been completely remodeled.
We are located in he Clifton neighborhood. It is off of the eclectic and bustling thoroughfare Frankfort Avenue, just minutes from downtown, with unique shops, beautiful Victorian houses, and plenty of gardens and flowers lining the streets. There are also several local bars & breweries close by. Frankfort Avenue is known for its restaurants and local shops. You can catch a game @ the Spring Street Bar & Grill, have food or a drink from the city's largest Bourbon selection at The Silver Dollar, get coffee up the block @ Pre-Game Coffee or jaunt 5 min over to Paris town and go thrifting with live music! You can also relax in the quiet back yard around the fire pit.

My husband and I both live in Louisville, Kentucky where we are raising our two children. We like hosting as it gives us an opportunity to provide hospitality and great customer service. We love hosting new-comers to our great city of Louisville, Kentucky.

We chose the Clifton Neighborhood because we lived in this neighborhood for the past 15 years. We love the architecture and we enjoy the local businesses and people. It is also close to downtown which is nice and convenient. We currently live 15 min. from the property which will allow us to respond to guest's needs quickly.

この宿泊施設の特徴

I think what makes the property unique is the area that it's located in. Frankfort Avenue is beautiful and full of interesting places. It is also located with other great neighborhoods and areas around it. While the home has been fully renovated, it has maintained the unique charm of a "shotgun" home which is traditional for the area.
