The apartment was beautiful and I instantly felt at home! I truly did not want to leave when it was time to check out. The kitchen was nicely stocked with everything needed to cook meals, the bathroom was huge and water pressure / hot water in the shower was amazing! It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. The balcony was great, even though it was cold outside when I stayed. Words cannot describe how lovely my stay was!

I was in town for a conference at the convention center which is four blocks away I loved how responsive professional and kind Tyler is and was with me. The apartment is gorgeous! very homie and so comfortable and most importantly secure. I was able to make my own coffee have my own snacks, etc., and relax while being away for work. I highly recommend staying here! so worth the price. I did not get to use the pool because it was cold but it looks amazing if you are into working out, they have an incredible gym here too my only feedback would be to the owner is maybe invest in a new bed mattress and couch. Other than that thank you so very much. I recommend you to anyone that’s coming in to Louisville!PS - be aware that there are a lot of homeless people in the area as the shelter is a few blocks away. I never felt unsafe. In fact, i gave my food and snacks and leftovers to a gentlemen who you could tell was so grateful.

Place was clean, well equipped, very cozy. Owner was easy to contact and deal with regarding questions. Great having free parking but parking spot was difficult to locate thus reached out to Tyler who quickly responded! Location while in the heart of downtown, sadly has many homeless on sidewalks. Had no issues…

Beautiful apartment. Great communication with Tyler too! Just wish the parking had more clear numbers on the spot. Struggled to find it at first when other spots it was more definitive. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was very clean, and the host was very accommodating. It is located right off of 4th street, within walking distance of 4th street live.Keep in mind, if you use the assigned spot parking garage, a full size pickup truck might be a little difficult to navigate as the parking garage is very tight. 10/10 our stay was amazing.

Great Louisville Apartment

The apartment was in a great building and very close to the parking garage (so we didn’t have to go far to bring our bags in). The apartment was fully furnished with a dishwasher and laundry. It was a few blocks off whiskey row so very easy to get around. The host was very communicative and gave us a bunch of recommendations before we arrived. Check-in instructions were crystal clear and easy to follow. Had a wonderful trip and would recommend staying here!

Great communication

The property was just as described. Very nice location about a 10 minute walk to Main Street and all the tasting rooms. Also about a 10 minute drive to Churchill Downs. Tyler was an outstanding communicator and extremely responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was easy and he let us keep our car parked after checkout since we had a late flight which made things much more convenient for us. Highly recommend this property and can’t say enough good things about Tyler.

Beautiful, Clean, Great location

Went to a concert at Mercury ballroom with my daughter for my birthday. Great place. Super clean. Great location. Will stay again. Patio was great and the plane watching was a nice touch as well. Hallway to the place smell great and so did tthe whole Unit.

The Edge accommodation was excellent

Tyler’s place was lovely and he answered our questions immediately. The place was clean and the layout was well designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable. We liked having a dressing room between the bedroom and the bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped and had plenty of condiments you need to cook with as well as coffee, creamer, and sugar for breakfast. We will definitely stay there when we visit Louisville again.

Great little condo in the heart of 4th street. Location could not have been better for our visit. Secure building, secure parking, and a chic, clean place to rest our heads after busy days. It had everything we needed and was an easy walk from downtown. Comms with the host were top notch.

Great stay!!

We came to Louisville for a show at Whitney Hall and were very happy with the proximity, property, and communication with the host. Check-in is extensive, but the host gives you very clear instructions and it is only extensive because the building has safety protocols in place. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and felt very secure within the building. We will be staying again in the future!!

Beautiful apartment- Check in process difficult

The apartment is beautiful and comfortable. It is immaculately clean. My only complaints would be that check in is a long process. I realize it’s probably best case scenario for this property, but it was quite a walk to and from the apartment to get the key fob. The designated parking spot is very small and in a dangerous location if you have a mid or full sized vehicle! Drive a small car if you have one! We brought my boyfriend’s Ford F-150 and other cars were barely able to get through. I was also disappointed that the hot tub was closed. That was one reason I chose this apartment and decided to pay more, then found out on the day of check-in that it was closed.

Great place to stay!

This place was perfect for our stay. It was right downtown within walking distance to so many place. Fourth street live was a block away. The complex itself had many great features that added to our stay. Apartment was clean and perfect!

Great location

Close to all that’s happening on 4th Street. Apartment was clean. Appliances were in good working order. The bed was too soft for our liking and the metal frame was noisy! We are not fans of polyester sheets. There were plenty of dishes and pans, but sadly there were no bourbon or old fashioned size glasses. There were 3 wine glasses which we used for our neat bourbons. Nice to have a balcony, but the view was of an alley, side of a building and parking garage. We were notified that the pool was out of order the day before we arrived and offered a full refund.
