This property is very unique with lots of nature to enjoy. An entrance to a well maintained, popular walking/biking trail steps from property. Large fenced in back yard. Only house on the street of a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Out of town feel, right in the heart of a business area. Walking distance to a popular local coffee shop, Crazy Lama. Also walking distance from a family favorite Chinese restaurant, Orient Express. This cozy home is perfect for travelers to enjoy an extended stay. This property not only boasts the 2 bed 1 bath fully furnished home but also has an amazing greenhouse hangout in the back yard. Sitting outside in the backyard or greenhouse, in the evenings, is a family favorite. Attached to this fenced in property is also an open lot great for playing fetch with your dog or catch with the kids. End your long days with a relaxing shower and then watching a movie on the complimentary Disney+ or Hulu.

I am a stay at home mom, dental hygienist, and property manager. I have three great boys and an amazing husband, plus a beautiful fox red lab. Our family loves camping and being outdoors. We also are NOT Chief's fans, despite living in Missouri. Go Rams!

We chose this property because it is exactly what my husband and I want to retire to. It will be the perfect tiny home for any of our children who go to college locally as well. We bought this and decided to share its many great qualities with anyone coming to the area for an extended stay, until we are ready to move into it.
この宿泊施設の特徴
This property has direct access to a popular walking trail. It has great, quiet neighbors who keep an eye out on the property and the area, which helps maintain the safety of the neighborhood. This property also has a ring security system for added security. All inside doors and windows have sensors that will sound alarm if opened when alarm is set. All cameras are located outdoors and used for when the property is vacant.
