Beach front condo. Expected wear. In room AC units were noisy. Towel bar broken in bathroom. Dishwasher beeping with error codes. Parking only for one vehicle. 3 separate codes to from parking deck to condo. Parking exposed on top deck. I had a taller vehicle that barely made it through. Good location on southern end.

Condo was perfect! Great layout and access to the beach. Having beach supplies there was super helpful! Location was amazing and we could walk to lots of restaurants and shopping. The only thing that we were not expecting is the height of the parking garage. Our Pilot with our Thule on top was not able to fit. We had to take the Thule off and store it with the bikes.

Excellent Condo

The Condo is exactly as pictured and explained. It was very clean and provided everything you would need on your stay. The view of the beach and ocean was great and the accessibility to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants was exceptional. I would highly recommend this condo.

We had a wonderful time, the location was fantastic, and the view was spectacular, especially with the fireworks over the ocean that we watched from the balcony! Property great, communication not

This condo is as nice as the pictures. It was clean. However, there were quite a few hiccups that could have been avoided if the owner was more communicative. We were traveling from out of state and had to ask several time for checkin info. He told us to check with security for the parking pass. We were told that he was not part of the managed condo association, and therefore the parking pass would be supplied by him. It was not in the condo and required more text back-and-forth until him finally had security create the parking pass. Also, the beach was blocked off for a huge music festival, which would’ve been nice to know in advance. it was the only VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. That had no welcome packet or instructions in the condo. Final note: as other reviewers have mentioned, he does not provide washcloths, limited towels, but did have more towels delivered after we requested.

Communication with property manager was easy and direct. Check in was simple, no hassle at all. Place was clean and included everything you needed for the stay. Love the simplicity of it all. Would definitely stay here again

Don't forget the parking pass

My husband and I traveled with our parents. The living area and kitchen are small, but the bedrooms make up for it. My parents had the main bedroom, which had a bathroom in it. Our bedroom had the bathroom immediately outside the door. Both bedrooms had windows overlooking the beach. Very nice! This property is in an older, well-kept building in an area that felt safe. Since we had two vehicles, parking was a little tricky. There is only one parking pass for the unit. There is additional parking about a block or so away. The owner was very responsive when we had any questions. Plenty of linens for the bath but no washcloths, so bring those if you use them. The parking pass is not large, thus we started on our way home before noticing it. Fortunately, it wasn't far and we could swing back to drop it off. So make a note, and don't forget the parking pass. ;-) We would definitely rent again if we are in the area.

Beautiful and clean property. Balcony was a favorite! Loved the early morning sunrises and the quiet reading area during the day.

VA Beach getaway

We had a great stay at this condo! The location was perfect for us. It’s quiet, not crowded and easy to walk to restaurants, stores and the marina where fishing charters are located. The view is unbelievable! We loved watching the sun rise every morning and could see dolphins playing in the water every day. Condo was very clean and equipped with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella and a small cooler. It provided everything we needed for our stay. The owner was easy to communicate with and left us a blender when we asked if one was available. We have family in VA Beach and would stay here again on our next visit.
