A great tropical getaway in the heart of Key Largo yet feeling right at home. Our Tiny home is Centrally located inside gated community of Calusa Campground Resort and Marina, perfect location to discover the Florida Keys. Close to supermarkets, Tourists spots, and plenty of amazing restaurants.
Distance to:
• John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park - 2 miles
• Florida Keys Wild Bird Rehabilitation Center - 9 miles
• Islamorada - 19 miles
• Marathon - 50 miles
• Key West - 99 miles


Important things to note:
Rules & Regulations installed by the HOA:

**Please refer to binder on property for amenities information and special instructions.

**Check-in time is 3:00 PM-5:00 PM with registration office, unless an earlier or late (after 5:00pm) check-in has been coordinated in advance. Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

**All vehicles and visitors entering the Campground must be register at the office. Only 1 vehicle is authorized per reservation and must obtain a decal to enter the property. 1 Golf-cart and 1 vessel (boat 21Ft or Jet-ski) per reservation. For 1 extra car, there is a fee of $10 per day.

**$25 one time boat/ jet ski ramp fee
Our lot has an 8ft x 30 ft clearance for a small boat/ trailer/ vehicle parking. Boat and trailer must fit in the lot where you will need to park it overnight. Docking on the water is not available to guests (reserved for community residents).

**Upon check in you will be asked for a $250 a refundable credit card hold from the association. This is a regulation required for all guest staying in the community. This is NOT a charge; it is just in case guest causes any damage to community property.

**Required list of names of guests submitted by the owners before arrival. Therefore, we will ask for the names of all guests.

***2023 Update: New Campground Rules will not allow water vessels to enter the campgrounds on the following holiday weekends: Memorial Day, July 4th, Lobster Mini Season, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's.
**Security camera on-site.
**Please do NOT flush any toilet paper or feminine products down the toilet.

Absolutely lovely!

This place was a gem! So much attention to detail that maximized the functionality of a smaller space. The whole place was cute, the kitchen was very well done, and we really enjoyed the outdoor living space as well.

Unit was well prepped.

Nicely redecorated, many details we wouldn't have thought of were taken care of. Any basic kitchen appliance or utensil for meal prep was available plus a grill and outdoor furniture.

As advertised mobile home

The mobile home was exactly as advertised...clean and has everything you'd need for your stay. One of my tests for a relaxing stay is if I feel comfortable walking in bare feet in the accommodations and this place passed the test! You can tell Janett cares for her property and wants you to feel like you're in your own home in the little touches of decor. The bed was very comfortable. She even left us a note and a bottle of wine for our anniversary. The "campground" was tidy and staff and residents/guests were friendly. There is a perfect view of the sunset from the pool area. If we were coming back to the Keys we'd stay here again. Thanks Janett!

Nice unit, thoughtful host, poor location.

Trailer and mobile homes seem popular here in the keys, and since I was here for a scuba diving week, thought I’d give it a go. Being a trailer, the unit itself was small, but pleasant and accurate to photos. Host was very helpful and dialed in. Small things: My gf and I are not fans of overpowering plug in scents, but they are easy enough to unplug. The only issue we had were with the people running Calusa Campground. Loud 2 am parties, and office staff keeping whatever hours they felt like made a big disappointment. Unlike Janett, the unit host, who was indeed helpful, the Calusa Campground staff demonstrated to us they couldn’t care less about the owners or tenants there. Your mileage may vary however depending on luck and your priorities. .

This beautiful mobile home has 1 master bedroom with queen size bed and full-size bathroom with sink, toilet and full-size shower. The living room has a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2) and Smart TV.
Linens and towels are provided.
Fully equipped kitchen with accommodations like gas stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cookware, dishes and utensils.
Outdoor Amenities include:
Outdoor covered patio with manual rolled down curtains to protect from sun and/or rain. Bistro lights that turn on automatically (please do not unplug timer or it will unset schedule). Outdoor fans that can be turned on/off by just pulling dangling string.
Furniture includes a dining table, chairs, lounge area and 2 rocking chairs. The outdoor area is equipped with a Propane BBQ with side burner and an additional 3 burner stove and outdoor sink. We encourage you to use the outdoor stove for cooking fish, bacon and other lingering food.
