This cabin is LEVEL ENTRY which means there is no sloped driveway to deal with in the snow. Come relax at Nixon's Treehouse!

No other guests outside of what was disclosed at the time of booking unless approved by the home owners. No illegal drugs, vaping or smoking in house.

Maximum of 4 mid size cars or 5 compact cars. Parking is only permitted in our driveway and never on the street. Children must be watched at all times

Fantastic stay at Lake Arrowhead

We made great memories at this 5-bedroom house in Lake Arrowhead. Modern decor, extremely well-stocked kitchen, and the arcade room were a plus! Our party of 13 aged slept, played and ate comfortably. Close to the Lake Arrowhead Village and easy parking on the premise.

Nixon's Treehouse is just that, a little sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of life, nestled in the trees in beautiful, quiet, Lake Arrowhead.

Our property is unique because we can sleep up to 18 people in beds. We also have level entry parking which is extremely rare for Lake Arrowhead. We are suited best for large families and gatherings.
