Wonderful Family Getaway Near Lake Gregory!

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious vacation home with our group of 12, ranging from young grandkids to grandparents. The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax, and it was just minutes from Lake Gregory, which made it super convenient for our daily outings.The host was friendly, responsive, and provided great communication before and during our stay, which made everything smooth and stress-free. After our days at the lake, the game room was a big hit with the whole family and added an extra level of fun to our trip.The home was well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it to other families or groups looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Great Large Family Vacation Stay

The property was clean and beautiful. Everything was well taken care of. The host was very attentive and communication was easy. We had small children with us and they loved the stairs and game room. The living space had beautiful views and more than enough space to allow for out gatherings.

Great place with plenty of room and games for the kids and adults. Lots of beds and rooms for our combined families. We were able to watch the Jamboree Days fireworks from the deck/living room. Would love to stay here again sometime.

Thanksgiving Weekend

My whole family was genuinely impressed by this property. Everything was so clean and the amenities were second to none. We had gone up for crestline for thanksgiving weekend as my grandma has had that on her bucket list and she was so happy with the home and property. If next year we are doing the same thing I would love to re book and stay here again.

Wonderful stay for a family vacation

We had a lovely stay with extended family. The home is immaculate, comfortable, and spacious. We enjoyed cooking in the large kitchen that is equipped with lots of helpful items, grilling out on the deck, and playing games in the rec room. It was also nice to have a large enough dining table to seat our whole family at one table. The lake is a couple of minutes away by car and is a great place for a nice walk. We really enjoyed staying here and are leaving with so many wonderful memories.

Blast to the Past!

My family vacationed in Crestline for many years when we were kids. Our cousins joined us, and we have many happy memories. Now we're in our seventies, and we wanted to revisit some of our old haunts. It was great! And the house was perfect, with plenty of room and great views. Altogether enjoyable. Thanks!

Lovely retreat in Crestline

We came with a multigenerational family group for our yearly trip up to the mountains. Since we chose a holiday weekend, staying in Crestline (where we also have family) made so much sense. We were able to head up the mountain one of the days of the long weekend and stayed at this lovely locale for their rest of the time. The home was beautiful and suited our needs wonderfully. The kids loved the bunk bed room and we were able to retreat to the living room for plenty of space. Thank you to the host for making the whole process easy!

An awesome property with plenty of amenities. . .

This is a great place for a family retreat. There was plenty of space for our extended family of 11. Beds for everyone and the bunk room was excellent for the grandkids. The kitchen is roomy so that we weren't bumping into each other and with plenty of cooking supplies. The dining room table fit us all at the same time (no small feat). And the game room was enjoyed by everyone. Much work has been done to maintain and upgrade the interior to make is a very welcoming and pleasant environment. The deck renovation was the only drawback during our stay. The back deck off the kitchen was unavailable. And, although there is another deck on the other side of the house, it is smaller and more difficult to get to. Once the exterior renovations are complete, this property will be truly exceptional. And Andrew, our property contact was a dream to work with.

Perfect for a family of 15 adults for a little family reunion trip

My cousins and I get together once a year for a little family reunion, adult weekend with no kids. This accommodated all of us really well. The loft with multiple beds was a nice touch to allow everyone to have their own beds. This house has ALOT of stairs and requires use to get to all of the necessities of the house as the kitchen, dining, and living rooms are all on the top floor. We all got used to it pretty quickly so it didn't bother us. There's a dining room with a great living room that was perfect to sit and talk, have our meals, and best of all, game nights. The game room was used frequently as well, the pool table was a hit. We did a lot of BBQing and the porch where the grill was a great place to hang out and do some stargazing, the views were also beautiful in the day time. Neighbors were great and did not seem to mind my loud family, of course during quiet hours we knew to tone it down. We loved this house. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

An Amazing Summer Getaway

This is by far the best rental home we have stayed in, in the last 10 years! Everything was perfect for our group of friends and children. Mountains, swimming, and relaxation! The house had tons of space, was incredibly clean and most importantly had very comfortable beds. It was well stocked with lots of appliances, and any servingware you would need. And the welcome wine was so thoughtful. We enjoyed a nearby hike to a waterfall (10 minute drive) and then a full day swimming and jumping at Lake Gregory (6 minutes away!). Having visited Lake Arrowhead and Big Bear many times, this was the best trip to the mountains. Less traffic, less tourists, and way more fun!! Crestline is a cute town with some nice shops and small markets. In the evening the outdoor fire pits were perfect for hanging out late into the night. The kids LOVED the game room, lots to play with and hang out away from their parents! If you are thinking about getting away to the mountains BOOK THIS NOW! 10/10 would most definitely recommend to anyone thinking about heading into the San Bernardino mountains. We will be coming back next year!! Don’t look elsewhere, this is the home to stay at, book it today!

Lake Gregory vacation

We had a great time connecting with family before school starts. We live in the Coachella Valley and it was great to cool off and enjoy the outdoors. The house was everything and more then we expected. The manager was very helpful when we had questions.

Good for older Kids

Nice large house. Excellent communication with the owner. Super friendly, gracious and accommodating. Wonderful house for large groups with older, 10 years and up. Not at all small child friendly. Very steeped stairs on both levels. No screens on three windows on top floor windows. Many fall hazards and safety issues for smaller kids. Huge kitchen. Game room was loads of fun and well equipped. Overall a fun house with a fantastic owner but not at all small child friendly.

WONDERFUL PLACE TO BUILD MEMORIES

Our time with family is very important to us! Our kids live out of state and it’s special when we can get everybody together in one place. We treasure lifetime memories with family, good memories, Because of the size of our family we have rented large homes many times. There have been times when our lodging has worked against building wonderful memories. NOT THE CASE with this house! EXCELLENT!!!!

This was my second time renting this same cabin. Each time the stay was literally flawless. Everything was clean from the linens to the baseboards. The furniture is well maintained and cushions are not worn out. I will be booking this cabin again in the near future.

Amazing stay in the mountains

We were a family group of 18, visiting San Bernardino for a music festival. Came across this home which perfectly fit our needs. Everyone got a bed and we enjoyed the game room the most. We didn’t experience any problems. Andrew, our host was very communicative and was very accommodating. We appreciate how there were cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer in this home. The living & family rooms were large enough for all of us to spend time together. Will definitely book again. One thing to know is that since this is located in the mountains, be aware that there is a lot of curves in the roads. The day we drove in it was raining and the fog was very thick. We’re not used to driving in fog so we drove very slow. Overall, this was the best str we’ve ever booked.

Perfect for our huge family

We visited to go to a music festival in San Bernardino and wanted a place that would accommodate all 18 of us. This Crestline home was amazing & perfect for our needs. The house was beautiful and has a lot of detail. The game room was our favorite area to spend time together. The beds in each room was very comfortable and we also appreciated that cleaning supplies were available. Just know that since the location is in the mountains, the drive to this house has a lot of turns. We drove through thick fog on the first night. Overall, we plan on coming back. Andrew communicated with us from before checking in to after. He was the best host we’ve encountered with short term home rentals.
