90th birthday celebration

This place was 5 minutes away from our stepmom home. The place is perfect for 2 people. Very clean, nicely decorated. The kitchenette is well done so there is no need to eat out. We would stay here again.

Quiet, clean, comfortable

This is a quiet, comfortable, clean property in a quiet residential area. We felt very much at home here and the location is convenient to the Sun City Roseville area. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The location was perfect as we were visiting family close by. The suite was absolutely pristine, and very comfortable, we even did a small load of laundry ! which helped as we were travelling north from Roseville. Alexander was very helpful with our questions as this was the first time trying a VRBO... we will definately stay here again !!

Excellent Roseville location.

We are thrilled with the location which is close to family (grandkids). The property is relatively new and very clean. The amenities were very nice. Our only frustration was the TV. Yes, there is a very nice TV. However, it was very difficult to get any sort of stations with regularity. Sometimes we could get 1 channel and other times we could get 10 channels which were often pixelating. We would definitely stay at this property again.
