A great little home away from home!

Everything about the property was perfect; clean, easy to check in, lots of room, cute furnishings, well appointed kitchen, even laundry pods and plush towels!

Great spot, comfortable

My son and I stayed for a long weekend - very comfortable. We liked how close it was to nw Nazarene university for my son’s tournament. The beds were comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Would stay again!

Perfect for us

This property worked out very well for us. Less than 3 miles from our family and large enough to have them over for dinner. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the 16th Ave Retreat. Very clean and great bright space. The property manager was very quick to communicate any questions we had. The property was close to so many great places to explore in Nampa and not far from Boise either. Great place to stay!

What an uncredible stay!

My family and I stayed this past week and what an amazing home this is. The photos do not do it justice! Super clean, super comfortable (the beds were heavenly!!), great location with easy access to get around different parts of town. I highly, HIGHLY recommend staying here if you are in need of a place to stay in Nampa. You will NOT be dissappointed!

This house was a perfect place to stay when visiting Idaho! Everything was well kept, I would have enjoyed a little more comfy living room furniture but I wouldn’t deduct any stars from that, just a suggestion! The decor was homey and cute! For people traveling with older folks, the shower is a step in so it could be a little difficult for them, but the pictures depict that, just be mindful! This was a great location and easy access to downtown Nampa, NNU and easy to get on 84, would definitely stay here again!

Overall good time

We enjoyed our stay at the 420 house (lol). Overall nice place, plenty of room. Would have been nice to have access to basic cleaning supplies, like a mop, since it is wood floor throughout. Water pressure is shower is amazing, but water temp is a bit on the cool side. Liked the easy access to the house, since we got in late. There are no curtains or shades on any window, which I wasn’t to fond of. You could see the neighbors and they could see you. But nice little house and we would stay again.

Loved this home.

We really loved this house. The house itself is very old, it has been wonderfully renovated. They did a great job updating the things you would want updated (such as Kitchen/appliances/electronics etc) while keeping the original character of the home intact. One of my favorite features of this home is the enclosed porch at the front of the house, those old windows are so unique. The home was clean and tidy when we arrived. Another thing we liked, the spacious gravelled driveway in the back. This made unloading and packing the car quick and easy. The location of the home is quite convenient, grocery store, dutch Brothers, gas stations and convenience stores were all just a few minutes drive time away. Neighbors on both sides of the home are quiet, the house across the street has some really great yard art with a light show in the evenings. The host messaged us the day after check in to make sure we had settled in and asked if there was anything we needed. The host assured us they would assist in anyway they could to make our stay pleasant. We stayed here for 5 days and everything was perfect. Could not have asked for more, we would definitely recommend this home. Hopefully we can stay here again should we ever return to Nampa
