Highlights

Beachfront! You know as well as we do that nothing beats sitting on the balcony with a beverage in hand and gazing at the surf. To top it off, this spacious 3-bedroom condo is beautifully decorated and has been recently updated. Even when inside, you'll still be able to take advantage of the incredible, panoramic views from this 5th floor unit. PRO-TIP: Park your car when you arrive and walk to shops and restaurants. No need to deal with parking!

The Space

The living room has a comfy couch and two recliners - perfect for enjoying the flat screen TV and electric fireplace. There's ample seating at the dining table and breakfast bar, and the upgraded kitchen features granite counters and stainless appliances. The primary bedroom features amazing views a King-sized bed and private bath. The other two bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and share a hall bath. For additional sleeping space, you'll find a Murphy bed in the living room.

For your convenience, you'll also find a washer and dryer.

Gulf House is a low-density condominium with just six floors and is less than a mile from The Hangout.

* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Gulf House 501comes with two parking passes.
Parking passes are strictly limited to only 2 per unit, per the condo complex.
Please make other arrangements for additional vehicles.
No RV's, trailers, or boats are allowed in the condo parking lot.
You must take all hitches off vehicles while in the condo parking lot.
No Pets Allowed in Condo. No Pets Allowed on Beach.

Great place to stay

The condo was great. They need to put a toaster in the kitchen. That was the only thing that we needed that it didn’t have. The condo was clean except under furniture and beds. I notice stuff like that because I’m a professional house cleaner. The pool is very very small. If was close to the beach.

My only complaint was that there was not a full oven but there was a toaster oven that we made due with. I loved the fact that it was one of the smaller buildings so there was never any wait for the elevator. We were able to come and go with ease. So much fun!

The view was wonderful, right on the beach. However the unit was not clean, the floors and rugs needed cleaning and the showers had mold in them. Was disappointed since we pay a cleaning fee and you can tell the unit has not been kept up. Also the pictures do show the pool but it is under the hotel and not in the sun so that was disappointing as well. Would not stay here again.

Beach front, nice view from the 5th story. Enjoyed drinking coffee on the balcony & comfortably visiting inside in the evenings. Rented chairs and umbrella on the beach front. Would stay again!

Loved the beach!

Everything about the condo was excellent. Please add local channels and ESPN to your TV. We are huge sports fans and would have liked to have seen the NCAA tournament and Opening Day for baseball.

Really nice beachy condo

Condo is in a great location. Only 6 floors so not real busy. Condo itself is really nice decor and comfy furniture. The view is perfect, straight to the beach!

First Vacation

We could not have asked for a better place to stay for our first vacation. The elevator was broken. But we made the best of it being on the 5th floor. I didn’t include this in my review because things do happen. Sitting on the balcony has the best view. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

Comfortable Beds Great Beach access

Overall our stay was nice. Super Thankful it was in April during cooler months as if it were any hotter the Master Bath would be unbearable. The exhaust fan didnt help much if you were doing laundry it was super hot trying to get ready. It would be nice if there was a small fan in this area. The light where the Washer/Dryer was also did not work. For families that cook in, there is no oven. We had to shift a couple of our meals which was fine. The beds in the rooms were super comfortable, the murphy bed was a lil hard. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and perfect for my Mother in law to watch the rest of us at the beach when she had too much sun. The walk from the room to the actual sand was very minimal. I rated the cleanliness as a 4..the big things were clean, but, its def in need of a deep cleaning. If we walked bare foot on the tile, our feet were black.

Perfect Spring Break Vacation

The condo was perfect for a 6 day vacation with 5 people. Beach is right there. Pool is right there. Enough basics there, but did have to pick up some necessities, but you are told that ahead of time. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean! Even with the windows closed.

Had a girls week at this property. Everything was well put together. Perfect location on the beach. Easy walking distance to the fishing peir and to several other popular areas. We watched the sunrise and sunset everyday. Beautiful. The only little issue we had. I felt that the doorway entrance to the condo was very loose and wobbly. Once the deadbolt was used it was less loose. Easily fixable. I will definately stay here again.

Highly Recommend

This was a perfect location and the condo was super nice and had everything we needed. One helpful tip would be to leave directions for the combo oven/microwave. Master bedroom gets really warm but overall it was a great place and location and we will definitely be back. Thank you.

Girls Trip

Perfect place to go with a small group of friends. The condo was clean, well appointed, and an easy distance from the beach. You can have your coffee on the balcony, step out of the condo to spend the day on the beach, and drive/walk a short distance to a nice dinner. We had an awesome week!

Great oceanfront condo
