Cheerful and cozy home with great natural light. Just a short 2-block walk to Grass Lake for skating in winter and bird watching the rest of the year. Located on an idyllic tree-lined street 2 blocks from Kenny School playground and beautiful tennis courts. The mostly flat streets are wonderful for biking to Lake Harriet and Minnehaha Parkway. Lots of room to spread out in the finished downstairs den/rec room with TV. THIS IS A FAMILY NEIGHBORHOOD. NO PARTIES/EVENTS, NO SMOKING OR VAPING ANYTHING, QUIET HOURS 10 PM TO 7 AM.

Very cute little house. Cozy and clean. The only thing I would suggest is that the notebook with the instructions be visible and mentioned in the check in instructions. Other than that, very sweet home.

Delayed communication…use caution

I wanted to wait a bit before writing this review. I booked this home for a weekend in June. It was check in day and I had not heard about how to get into the property, so I reached out to ask how we are supposed to get inside once we arrived. (At this point, it was already after our check in time). I used the app to message her, then I called (no answer) and then hoped a text message would work. About 45 minutes later, she responded that the property had an incident and it was not ready to be used and she forgot she booked the property. I understood that things happen and asked for a full refund and began the search for something else. She gave us a partial refund for the booking and didn’t send us the fees. Keep in mind, it is after our check in time and we had not even stepped inside this home. I reached out again asking her for the full total and didn’t hear from her for 5 days. I reached out to vrbo and they tried to contact her as well with no luck. I tried one last message on the 5th day before reaching out to vrbo again and she finally responded and sent us our money back. I would be cautious about booking with her ever again. And make sure you establish and good communication with her before properly booking this space.
