Enjoy this cozy lower-level retreat, nestled in Linden Hills, one of Minneapolis's highly desirable neighborhoods. Venture out the back door to follow a path leading to the shore of beautiful Lake Harriet (800 ft.) There you will find a multitude of activities including walking and bike paths; kayak, paddleboard, canoe, and bike rentals; beaches and summer concerts at the Lake Harriet Bandshell; and extensive gardens and nature paths. There are also plenty of winter activities there and nearby, including the Lake Harriet winter kite contest, Art Shanty and more!

Katie and Kurt, the hosts, were incredably helpful, knowledgable and always available. The unit is comfortable, clean, quiet,and well equipped. The area is ideal, being a block from Lake Harriet with all its amenities:trails for hiking and biking, boating, swimming, public gardens, and concession stand with good food and drink options. It is within walking distance of several excellent restaurants and interesting shops. It will definitely be my first choice for my next Mpls visit!

This is a lovely unit! Well decorated, stocked with everything you might need. The bed was very comfortable! it is located in a great quiet residential neighborhood, located a very short walk to the lake/park. We had dinner at the Bread and Pickle in the park, and enjoyed the live music at the bandstand. Also a short walk is the historic streetcar, both my 13 year old and I enjoyed the short ride and history talk by the enthusiastic volunteers. The next day we went to the Minneapolis Institute of Art, and lunch in a cafe. After, the Rose Garden was a lovely walk!

Katie and Kurt were great hosts. Very welcoming and offering to accommodate any requests or specific needs.The apartment was exactly what we needed- spacious for 2, clean and convenient to our activities.The apartment is located in Linden Hills- a beautiful neighborhood in Minneapolis.Even the hosts neighbors were friendly!We especially appreciated the washer and dryer since we were there several days.
