The "Little King" apartment is located in a well-kept house on a traffic-calmed street in the middle of downtown Bochum. The 49sqm apartment with two Smart TVs, fast WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine has just been renovated and completely refurbished. 2 min. to the mining museum and subway station. Many other Bochum attractions (Starlight Express, Planetarium, Stadtpark, Bermuda3Eck) are not far away.

The space
You can use a freight elevator (no passenger transport, up to max. 100 kg and 100 cm x 50 cm x 40 cm) to transport your luggage and purchases comfortably to the second floor where the apartment is located. You enter your apartment via a hallway. Bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom with shower lead off the hallway. You enter your private balcony directly from the living room. From here you look into a quiet inner courtyard with typical "Ruhrgebiet" charm....

In the bedroom you can relax on your Schlaraffia box spring bed (1.80m x 2.00m) on a mattress with two different degrees of firmness (2 and 3) and watch your favorite programs on the existing Smart TV. The kitchen is semi-open to the living room, so you can chat with your fellow travelers while cooking or enjoy a view of the balcony. To make things as comfortable as possible for you, the kitchen has a convection oven, dishwasher and a washing machine (no dryer). The bathroom with a walk-in rain shower is equipped with a bright LED lamp with brightness and light color that can be adjusted according to your mood. The living room has a table with chairs where you can eat but also work, a comfortable sofa bed and a large 65-inch Smart TV with a soundbar which you can also connect to your cell phone or tablet via Bluetooth.
