Immerse yourself & take a break at this peaceful oasis. Open floor plan with a magical Arizona room and ultra private backyard. Complimentary heated swimming pool. A+ location close to parks, hiking trails, Kierland, Costco and the best restaurants. Flexible living spaces w/2 different livings rooms with smart TV's & game room with a pool table. The Arizona room is ideal to relax while enjoying the pool and backyard views. Super comfortable beds! We support equality! You will love it!

The open living area provides a relaxing place to gather, complete with a cozy seating area and smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, cookware, and dining space for enjoying meals together. Each bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with soft linens and plenty of storage, and the bathrooms are stocked with fresh towels and essentials. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and in-home laundry for added convenience. Whether you're here for work or play, this space is designed to make you feel right at home.
This home offers quick access to both Loop 101 and AZ-51, making it easy to reach Scottsdale, downtown Phoenix, and the airport. A car is recommended for exploring the area, with plenty of parking available on-site. Rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and nearby bus stops provide public transportation options for local commuting. Shopping centers, restaurants, and parks are just a short drive away for added convenience.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
Additional Charges May be Incurred for violating any house rules.
-Please be advised that lost keys or remotes will incur a $125 dollar charge.
-No smoking indoors. Smoking outdoors is permitted with windows and doors tightly closed. Please discard all smoking materials at check out. Smoking indoors will incur a $300 fee.
-No loud music or excessive noise so as not to disturb neighbors and to comply with city regulations. Excessive noise can result in a cancellation of your reservation with no refund.
-Pets stay free! House-trained cats and dogs only. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. Must pick up dog waste. 3 pets maximum. Additional cleaning fees of $200 will be assessed to you.
-No pets in the pool (You will incur an additional fee of $200 if pet hair is found in the filter.)

Private swimming pool is heated at no additional charge to the guests between the months of November and April. Heaters are set at 85 degrees. If outdoor temperature drops below 85 degrees, pool temperature might be lower to 85 degrees.
There is weekly pool service at the home, unfortunately, we do not have daily pool service. Pool net and skimmers are provided at the pool if debris fall in between pool service.
Landscaper, pest control and pool service will service the home and will knock at the front door prior to access the backyard.
