This newly-built stunning home is the perfect spot to celebrate the vacation you deserve. La Joya Azul was professionally designed/decorated and includes a 6-Seater Golf Cart, 6 Bikes, a Private Heated Pool, and comfortably sleeps 22 guests! This home is conveniently located just a few minute stroll from the beach access and sits on the coveted East end of 30A which is a short cart ride to Alys & Rosemary Beach for some of the best restaurants and shopping 30a has to offer!

La Joya Azul is a multi-family, luxury vacation home designed for all ages. 6 of the 7 Bedrooms include a King bed, lavish mattress/sheets, and its own ensuite bathroom. It also features Multiple living areas with an open living/cooking/dining floor plan that makes it perfect for entertaining. The top floor is the ideal sanctuary for the kids to enjoy with TV’s, Foosball, and Custom Bunks making for a fun time the kids will never forget!

Feel like taking a break from the beach, then look no further, as the outdoor oasis will make it hard to leave. Take your choice as you can enjoy the private heated pool, tanning on the sun shelf pool loungers, relaxing in the hot tub, grilling out in the chefs outdoor kitchen, or watching the game from the poolside cabana, La Joya Azul has it all. High-end details surround the home inside and out, creating a true sense of luxury your families will be looking forward to year after year.

La Joya Azul is conveniently located 1 mile from a main North/South road (Watersound Parkway) that provides immediate access Highway 98, which allows the ability to travel East towards Panama City Beach/Pier Park for the shopping, movie theaters and more, or West, towards Destin…not to mention the direct access to the new Publix just minutes away that also includes a liquor store and new restaurants coming! If you drove your electric car this way, then no need to bring a charger, as we have a J1772 electric charger onsite in the garage waiting for you!

POOL DIMENSIONS: 11 feet x 19 feet 3-5 ft deep

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 - October 1. Jets/Bubblers are still available.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

Overall, everything was great, and the home was absolutely stunning.There were a few minor issues. First, our check-in was delayed by about 30 minutes, as the cleaning crew was still working when we arrived shortly after 4:00 PM CST. They didn’t finish until after 4:30, and the first floor didn’t appear to be thoroughly cleaned, likely due to them rushing to complete the job.Also, the Keurig machine wasn’t working, but our personal liaison, Alex, was very responsive and had a new machine delivered two days later. We also experienced issues with the lock on the door and gate, but those were resolved quickly.The pool and outdoor areas were well-shaded, and the pool was the perfect size for our family. I especially loved the outdoor bathroom and shower — such a great feature!The house was perfect for our family, and we thoroughly enjoyed our week. We would definitely book through Modern Beach Rental again.

I have stayed at a lot of rentals throughout the years. La Joya Azul is amazing! It feels like home when you walk in. The extra ice maker and wine fridge was a great surprise. The property was spotless. I do look and I do bring cleaning supplies and I did not need them. I did my Happy Dance! The pool and backyard is fantastic. We spent most of our time there. The pool toys, beach chairs and bikes were a great amenity. Alex our concierge checked in with us and answered our questions almost immediately. The beach is very close. There are a lot of steps at the beach access but who doesn't need a good cardio exercise? We walked and only used the golf cart twice. The area is quiet and a great location. A short drive if you want to go eat in PCB or shop. We had a few fly in and its an easy drive to the airport. Publix is pretty close as well as a Neighborhood Walmart. We ate at Shades bar and grill it was very good. We have decided to make it an annual trip so we plan on coming back next year!

Gorgeous Clean Home in Great Location!

We stayed at La Joya Azul last weekend for a girls trip and the house was gorgeous and immaculately clean! It's in a wonderful location and the beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and there are nice outdoor porches and areas at the pool for hanging. The golf cart and bikes were a fun addition (included with the rental). Would definitely recommend this home!!

Family fall break trip 2024

When we arrived at the property it was above and beyond our expectations …the hosts were so kind and great to work with 😊the golf cart and bikes were so fun and an added plus . The house was absolutely beautiful and beds were so comfy . Each bedroom had its own private bathroom. The cleanest property I have ever stayed in . Very roomy for our family of 13 . So close to the beach access and the pool was amazing . Had a beach wagon and beach chairs for us to use as well as skim boards and sand toys .Lots of floats for the pool too ! Could go on and on ❤️I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group ❤️ Made lots of memories and we hope to return someday ❤️

30A Treasure!!!

What a beautiful home in a fantastic location. Close to all our favorite areas along 30A. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with plenty of everything needed. The golf cart and beach chairs were a great extra bonus. We spent lots of time by the pool in an amazing back yard. This home is perfect for a large family or group of friends. We will definitely rent again and recommend to family and friends!

Dream Vacation

My family has been vacationing in this area since I was a child. We adore the white sand and blue water. Our family is huge now so finding a place that comfortably houses all 21 of us for a reasonable price has been very hard. This house was a dream! Big rooms, fun bunk and kid area, large well stocked kitchen, amazing backyard and pool…we will be back for sure! Beds and linens were so cozy. The golf cart was so helpful and fun!!! Distance to beach was easily walkable. We loved how close Alys beach, Rosemary, and Seaside were.

Review beach house

This property was fairly new yet it had numerous things that didn’t work. The dishwasher nearest the refrigerator did not work, the shower handle on one of the showers was falling off, a ceiling light in a first floor room was out, the knob on the stove was broken and the middle burner could not be used, a fan in the upstairs room made a awful noise and could not be used. We had a man come out and he repaired the shower handle but was unable to fix anything else. One of the bikes had a flat tire but they replaced it. The worst thing was during all back and forth communication no one mentioned that you had to go down 5 flights of stairs to the beach and then back up 5 flights. We had 4 adults over the age of 75 and they were not able to use the beach. When I received a photo of the beach access they did not mention the stairs. If they had we would not have rented the house. The write up said the house could support about 17 visitors. The kitchen counter held 2, the dinning table held 8, the living room could only seat 8. So 5 people always had to stand for dinner and we all could not use the open living room. The rooms were acceptable, the pool and outside space were acceptable. We have been renting a beach house for over 8 years and have never had such problems. I firmly believe that the house information needs updating to include the steps to the beach

Excellent, clean, well-appointed house

Our extended family (grandparents, parents, and children) had a great week in this house. The pictures are accurate. House is lovely with six masters with king size beds that have the most comfortable mattresses we’ve ever had in a rental house. Great under-counter ice maker in kitchen. There were so many beach towels that we could’ve left ours at home. Easy check-in process, and property manager notified us that house was clean and ready around 2pm. Pool was big enough for our crew, and yard was large enough for cousins to play football and baseball. The house is much closer to the beach access point than we thought from the pictures. The one thing I’d like to point out for older or disabled guests is that there are over 50 wooden steps down to the beach at this access point. My parents who are older and unsteady on their feet never went to the beach because these steps would have been too much for them. This isn’t a knock on the house, but it is a factor to consider for some.

It is in a quiet neighborhood, which was good for us. If you’re after the bar scene, this is not the place, but for families, it is great. One thing to know, if you have people with you that can’t do stairs but love the beach, this area does have about five flights of steps at the beach access point. We were fine with this and the golf cart provided helped to get everything to the beach area. Inside, the beds were great, TVs were plentiful, appliances and bathrooms were great, and appliances were all good. The ice maker was a good time saver as well preventing trips to the store. Overall, the place was awesome and the management company was easy to work with. I definitely recommend this house.

Girls' Trip to celebrate turning 60!

This year we all turn 60 and thought we'd spring for a beach trip. Given our ages, we all wanted our own room and bathroom, as well as a pool, golf cart and a house that was a short walk to the beach. In other words, our standards were high! This house was PERFECT! It was extremely clean and well-stocked with everything we needed, including beach towels. We struggled a bit with getting the hot tub to work and on the first day and the host was extremely attentive and had someone out within hours. The hosts continued to reach out throughout our stay to make sure things were going well. The instructions for the golf cart, hot tub, trash, and shutting down the house were thorough and easy to understand. The location was close to restaurants and shops, which were a short golf cart ride away. The neighborhood was QUIET and very well-maintained. We have all rented many properties and this one was above and beyond in every way. Thanks for making our special 60th bday beach trip a wonderful memory!

The house was beautiful and clean. Our two and four year olds loved the bunk room. The bedrooms were big and beautifully appointed. We spent most of our time in the pool and the lounge area across from the house. It was the perfect place to be to get out of the sun for a while. The beach was close and easy to get to especially with the six person golf cart. Can’t wait for next year!

The house was beautiful and clean and exactly as the listing described. There was plenty of room for everyone...the pool and hot tub were wonderful.We had an issue with the heating of the pool/hot tub on the second day but they had someone come out within an hour to fix it .The golf cart and bikes were great! And the location to town and the beach were very convenient!I would highly recommend staying here on your next visit !

Great house!

We really enjoyed staying at this property, and each room had tons of space as well as their own bathroom which was a huge plus for us. Location was also a great spot if you want to ride bikes to Rosemary Beach & Alys Beach, and only a 5 min walk to the beach. These beach areas don't allow much for golf carts so keep that in mind, we ended up renting a Turo for the weekend because of this. Only thing we would want noted is: we asked for the heat to be turned off for the pool but weren't clearly told it would be for the pool AND the hot tub. So just be aware if you don't want one of those heated, it will include both. I will say once we contacted them about the miscommunication, they were flexible and adjusted for us which was good customer service! Only other thing to note is there was plenty of kitchen ware (cups, utensils, pots/pans, etc.) but there were no basics for cooking like: salt/pepper, olive oil, or cooking spray. They provide tons of towels, and some bath supplies, but there was no body wash which would be a nice addition as well. Overall, we would highly recommend this property for the space it had, the bedrooms, bunk room, location and the yard! Definitely kid friendly as well. I would stay here again!
