Beautifully renovated, 3-bedroom self-contained apartment with huge kitchen, lounge, separate dining room, private wrap-around front porch & outdoor patio area in the backyard. The apartment comes freshly equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances. A five-minute walk to Wilcox Park, Amtrak train station, and downtown Westerly with its array of restaurants, cafes, stores, and bars, and a short drive to all the fantastic local Westerly beaches. This is the perfect base for a beautiful Rhode Island getaway, whether you're looking for a relaxing family beach vacation, or just looking to enjoy and explore the local attractions and beautiful neighboring towns. Easy on-street parking and a short drive to Stonington Borough, Mystic, Newport, Charlestown, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. Ferry and flights to Block Island are also close by. A seasonal beach parking pass is provided

We had a great stay! The newly renovated apartment was beautiful! We had everything we needed and more. We look forward to another visit in the future. Great host and very easy to communicate with.

The house was beautifully furnished and very well equipped. We were there for a local wedding (my husband and I and our two adult sons) and it was comfortable, clean and organized. Very easy to work the with owners.

Tony and Laura have transplanted from New York and now call Westerly home. Laura was raised in Westerly, where her family and relatives have lived for over 3 generations. Tony stems from good old London, England, born and bred. Laura and Tony reside at @12 Downtown on the top 2 floors with their 2 dogs, Bailey and Tucker.

Westerly Retreat is a special 2-family home that we found on the market in August of 2021. A fantastic house from 1900, it needed a lot of love and care---which we were able to give it. After a complete interior renovation, we ended up with a stunning and spacious house, situated just 2 blocks from Wilcox Park, downtown Westerly and the Amtrak Train station! Just 4 miles from the local beaches, your visit can encompass both in-town and beach enjoyment!

We offer a summer beach pass to Dunes Beach, with close proximity to downtown Westerly, where you can enjoy local live theatre, live performances as well as movies at the United theatre, fun pubs, and restaurants. Lots of nice walking, easy parking, and quiet enjoyment with this unique location of a property.
