Living that Hallmark dream! Enjoy our modern cabin in the woods, 3 BR, 1 Bath; sleeps 6. One-night minimum stay. Ideal for couples or a single family. Screened back porch for private relaxation among the trees. Short walk to Berkeley Springs Brewery and Coolfont Resort (indoor pool and fitness center only). 7 miles to Cacapon Resort State Park. We have a beautiful, private community pool and hot tub (seasonal), tennis courts, hiking trails within the community and a good loop road for walking. Short drive to downtown Berkeley Springs for amazing restaurants (and cocktails) or quick bites, and shopping.

This cabin is the perfect place for any stay! Quiet setting, well kept and clean, nice size, plenty of things to do, and the owner is amazing! This place is a must stay, we will be back for sure!

Very cozy, charming cabin in the woods! Enjoyed the front porch swing and screened in back porch. Very quiet. Check in was a breeze and house instructions were clear. Perfect getaway to unplug and relax.

Great Spot

The cabin had everything we needed. Short walk to the pool and brewery was very convenient as well. Amy was great with communication. We would definitely stay here again.

Little red cabin

The property is nice a spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed. Water and dryer a plus. The screened in porch was great for anytime of the day! Since it was a bit cooler than predicted the fireplace was great for watching movies. The games were a hit with our granddaughter that graduated.

Great cozy cabin in the woods!

We fully enjoyed our recent stay at this inviting house. Amy is a great host! The lanai was a great spot to relax and play board games. Definitely recommend this to those looking to disconnect for a time! Lots of great spots to explore.

Great Getaway

It was a surprise getaway for my significant others birthday. I had several questions that were answered by Amy right away. She is very kind and informative. The cabin is exactly what I was going for which was the feel of a cabin in the woods. If you’re looking for a getaway in the woods that isn’t modernized and has that cabin in the woods feel this is definitely the perfect place.

Fantastic getaway

Wonderful and relaxing spot for a weekend getaway! The screened in porch was so nice for hanging out and especially coffee in the morning, and the location of the cabin was perfect, allowing us to walk to the brewery nearby, the pool across the street and even a great hike in the neighborhood. Communication was perfect! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice, peaceful cabin getaway!

We have been coming to Coolfont with friends since 2014, and we love this little rural mountainside community. Berkeley Springs has so much to offer (great restaurants, spas, shopping, art), and Cacapon Resort State Park is a BEAUTIFUL place to visit also; golf, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, horseback riding, clay bird shooting, and the Prospects Restaurant has the very best crab soup anywhere around!

Our cabin is cozy and small, modern but rustic, a little mix of shabby and chic! Ideally suited for a small group, small family, or couples! The screened porch is a fabulous place to hang out (our favorite room in the house)!
