Waterfront Cabin overlooking the Potomac River W/ Hot Tub

Our cabin is located right on the Potomac River (shallow end) & has 2 balconies facing the water and brings such peace and serenity. Read a book? Have some wine? Take a nap? The Queen bed is on an adjustable base. Our Cabin also has a full kitchen with everything you need as well as a zero gravity heated vibrating chair, electric fireplace and more. Looking to host a river wedding? Party? We can do our best to accommodate. Please let me know.

At this location, it's a perfect depth to swim, float, kayak, wade out to fish, snorkle, float on tubes, and much more. Also facing the water is a Private Hot Tub and an outdoor pavillion featuring a gas grill, Sink, Refrigerator, T.v, eating areas, Fire pit and plenty of yard space to play corn hole, run around, throw a blanket down, whatever your heart desires. We provide 2 kayaks. Please chain back up and bring paddles up.
Want to stay in? Relax in the hot tub and watch a movie on the 58 in smart TV with surround sound. The couch folds out to a small full-size bed, and there is a camping mat for floor sleeping.

Our cabin does have 7 seasonal RV lots(April - October) and is surrounded by other families camping and enjoying the outdoors, so you may hear music. Everyone is super friendly and will not bother you, but welcome you to hang out if you choose.

Please note *November 1st - April 1st. There is no water available in the Pavillion.

This property is off the beaten path and the water is hard. We do have the best filtration systems, water softener and a uv light to kill bacteria but rarely when the Cabin hasn't been used you "could" smell a sulfur smell that goes away with running the water.

My husband and I have a camper here that we sometimes stay in. :) We just love it here too!

A 25-30 minute drive will lead you to Berkeley Springs, Wv. Aka "America's First Spa," check out the natural springs, distinctive shops, dining, theater, live music, and holiday festivites. Berkeley Springs is known to have some of the best spas around.

Amazing, will be back!

My best friend and I had an absolutely relaxing time here, I wish we had stayed longer! The property is very unique and exactly like the pictures. We spent so much of our time just sitting out back watching the water and enjoying the hot tub and porch swing (also, two of the trees out back are perfect for a hammock!). Owners were great communicators and access was super easy. Also the neighbors we ran into were so friendly! Highly recommend!

Clean and well maintained

This little cabin was absolutely wonderful. The nicest amenities and very clean. Had everything we needed for a short weekend getaway. I especially loved the hot tub and the indoor massage chair! We come to this area once a year-will definitely stay here again.

Nice stay

The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. We cooked all of our meals there and were very pleased with the size of the kitchen and found it to be well stocked with everything we needed. The cabin was very comfortable, inside and out. Lots of outdoor space to relax and enjoy a campfire, fish, and use the spacious hot tub. Would stay again!

Hot tub and view

We had great weather, the hot tub is amazing and I could sit and watch the river all day long. The ducks were cute on the river as well, I think they were Common Golden Eye ducks. The cabin is comfy and had everything needed for our stay.

Great Get-a-way

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely perfect! The location right on the river made for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Waking up to the sound of the water and enjoying coffee on the porch was the perfect start to our morning. The cabin itself was incredibly comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. We enjoyed beautiful views, and simply unwinding inside. It was the ideal spot to disconnect and recharge. We’ll definitely be coming back—highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat!

A cozy retreat! Would return in summer!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, where we nestled down for winter cooking, movies, and excellent snowy hot tub time watching the frozen Potomac. Its close enough for an excursion to Berkeley Springs, and we liked the bed! I often find rental mattresses to be too hard and this one was just right.

Greatest Getaway

We had an amazing week at the cabin in early October. My husband and I with our two dogs enjoyed the vacant and quiet campground and had the whole place to ourselves. Our dogs enjoyed long walks throughout the day and trips to the boat launch area for swimming. They were unable to use the steep stairs to the water at the cabin but my husband and I had no issues and enjoyed the river. The home has everything you’ll need for your stay (except bedsheets) and the internet was fast with no issues. Hedgesville and Martinsburg were a lot closer than we realized which was really convenient for market trips or date nights! It was our best vacation in a while! Brandi was so easy to get in contact with and very responsive! I would recommend and intend to stay again! 10/10 for sure!

Best cabin ever

Stayed here over Columbus day weekend with my husband to get away from it all and relax for a few days. This cabin was fantastic! Our favorite feature was the large hot tub, which we used every night to unwind after the day's adventures. This weekend was the annual apple butter festival in nearby Berkeley Springs, so there was plenty to do nearby. We really appreciated the access to pantry/refrigerator staples and kitchenware, in addition to the other top-notch amenities. The river was beautiful and we had a blast using the fire pit and foraging for hickory nuts, which you can hear falling against the roof this time of year. We had a great experience and look forward to visiting again in the future.

Awesome rustic cabin on the river!

My 12 year old and I had a wonderful stay here for a father/son long weekend. We wanted something on the river and rough around the edges with a some perks - this was absolutely the place! Spent a bunch of time in the hot tub, did some fishing off the dock, grilled up wings and played corn hole (we brought our board) - got out hiking - highly recommend Devil’s Nose. Hit up Eagle Diner - pleasantly surprised with the good food! The hosts were super friendly and responsive. Had the chance to meet them unexpectedly when we arrived as they were finishing a water heater repair. They’ve obviously put a ton of DIY work in the place and it shows. Charming, cozy, and unique - with a hot tub! Looking forward to getting back there.

Labor Day River Stay

We had a great trip. The house was great and the views were amazing, had every meal on the back deck! Don’t forget your water shoes to play in the river. We were also really appreciative of the use of the kayaks and patio! Thanks for the great time!

Fishing Trip in WV

Overall this cabin was a good choice due to location. The cabin is right on the river, with stairs down to it and a couple of floating docks. There is also other access points to the river adjacent to the property. It was very quiet during the weekend and the neighboring campers were very nice on the weekend. My fiancée and I do a yearly fishing trip and the fish were plentiful in the river. The owner provided towels, toiletries, and spices/dishes for cooking which was great and is fairly standard. The cabin itself was quiet and the bed was comfy. The view from the decks is great. The owner was communicative for the most part. Some downsides. The hot tub lid is as half broke when we got there (owner warned us) and fully broke after the first day there. We couldn’t get the tub above 98 degrees due to no lid. There was also a brown film on the water. Added chemicals didn’t fix. Assuming it’s from river water but still undesirable. Due to storms the power went out, not the owners fault. It came back on within a couple of hours. We thought with the power out we would use the grill or black stone in the listing. The grill wouldn’t ignite although gas would run and the black stone wasn’t there. I noted to the owner the black stone wasn’t there and we didn’t get a response, but we checked and the black stone was then removed from the property description instead. We have screenshots of the original listing.

Great weekend getaway

A perfect little cabin on the river. Quiet and relaxing. Hosts did many little extras to make the trip perfect. Cabin was fully stocked with anything you could need and may have forgotten.

Nice riverfront property.

Enjoyed everything about the property. From the spacious kitchen to the comfortable bed; and the river view is perfect. The outdoor amenities are the best.

We are Sean & Brandi Barrett. Sean works for the Government and has a Tree removal Landscaping business and I (Brandi ) am a Realtor in Wv, Md & Pa. We have multiple rentals, 5 Children, 5 Cats (At home) and 2 Dogs. We are of Camp Ezri board members & are Foster Parents.

We LOVE to spend time on the water, camp and enjoy the outdoors, spend time with friends BUT We work All.The.Time! Spring - Fall is our busiest time of the year so we decided to open up this Cabin and help bring Joy to others :)

This property is so unique. It is right on the river and the fun is Endless. Even through the winter, soak those cold bones in the hot tub then snuggle up in the cozy cabin and relieve that stress your soul has been begging for.
Social Butterfly? From April-October there are 6 seasonal Rv folks who have been there for 6-13 years. They are always down for food and cornhole. Don't be shy, make some friends.
