Our family, including 2 dogs stayed for 2 weeks while work was being completed on our home. The house was very clean, and the large, secluded yard was perfect for our dogs. The Wi-Fi worked great for working remotely. The host was very responsive.

Absolutely the best!

Clean, BEAUTIFUL house perfect for families. It's location is beautiful, and it's so relaxing. Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer!

Awesome Cottage in Nolensville TN

We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at Sallie's on Sanford. The property is so nice and great for our children and grandchildren to visit us with so many fun things to do on the land. The adult & child basketball goal, outdoor tv and seating for many guests, fire pits, hammocks all are great for everyone to enjoy! We look forward to coming back soon! Thank you!

Nice little place close enough to town but far enough away.

This house sits off the road in a pretty quiet area. It's 20 minutes to everywhere it seems, which makes it a good spot to stay. We didn't hang around outside much because it rained and we just came back to sleep and eat breakfast. There's a basketball court and a covered picnic type area with jbl speakers to help you relax. Overall we liked it a lot and would probably stay there again if in the area.

Weekend family trip.

Overall, very good. Clean, up to date and the only item that needs attention is a bathroom door that doesn’t close fully. Kids enjoyed the basketball court. We would have enjoyed the other outdoor amenities, but the weather was as not the best. Would definitely plan to stay again when traveling to visit family friends in the southern part of the Nashville area.

Perfect Country house—close to. Asheville and Franklin

Excellent house! Clean, quiet, well appointed. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We even saw an 8 point buck in the yard this morning! We did not have a chance to use the outdoor area, but it seemed exceptional for a group gathering.

Stunning & Serene getaway

This property is absolutely stunning. The beautiful trees that surround the phenomenal outdoor amenities were exactly what we loved. Fire pit, pavilion and hammocks is where we spent our time if we were at the house. The inside is well kept and updated. Bright with tons of natural lighting. The queen size bed wasn’t too comfortable but literally insignificant to all of the other positive parts of the home. I’d love to bring my family back here if ever given the opportunity. Demond was prompt and responsive to questions we had and there were zero surprises.

Fall family gathering

Brought my grandkids to nolensville to see their cousins. We hiked in the woods and creek, had a bonfire, played basketball and went to the pumpkin patch. Eight little ones under 8. Total chaos but what a great place to enjoy the fall. Thank you for the hospitality we will be back

Peace & Quiet

This beautiful property was tucked away in a quiet location with only a short drive to the downtown area. The property offered everything for our family and the kids had the best of times playing in the creek, & playing basketball. We loved our stay and would recommend it to anyone interested.

Beautiful Home on a beautiful property

Everything exceeded expectations. Every amenity you could need, all sitting on a beautiful, lush landscape. I was bummed out it was too cold to hang out outside with all of its outdoor areas. I highly recommend for anyone staying in the area.

The Perfect House, Perfect Location, and Perfect Vacation!

This house is a 10 out of 10. I spent countless hours looking for a vacation home for my family, and this was a very wise decision. First, the pictures do not depict what a spacious oasis this property provides. There is so much room to gather with family or escape if that is what you wish. There are sturdy, well-built, bunk beds in two bedrooms for plenty of beds. The hosts did not skip out on luxury when creating this spacious house, so get ready for some peace and relaxation. There are two beautiful firepits outside and a pavilion with ample seating to relax and watch some TV. We had a local Mexican restaurant called Campo Azul deliver. We recommend it as well. The amenities go on and on. I HIGHLY recommend this beautiful home! It would be a mistake not to. To the hosts, thank you for such a memorable Christmas that our family will remember for the rest of our lives!

Wedding Planning Weekend

My family and bridal party chose this location for a weekend getaway and to plan my wedding. With its proximity to a huge mall and Franklin, TN it was the perfect place for shopping and relaxing. The property manager was quick to respond to us when we had a small emergency during our stay. We will definitely keep this rental in mind next time we get together!

Great place!

Wonderful place to stay! Our 4 kids had a great time with the basketball area and the outdoor areas. Very clean and cute. Would highly recommend!
