BEDROOMS: Primary- King Bed | Bedroom 2: Full over Full Bunk, plus a twin trundle pullout | Bedroom 3: Queen Bed | Bedroom 4: Queen Bed
OUTDOOR LIVING: Natural Sun-Heated Pool, Covered patio, gas grill, yard space
INDOOR LIVING: Flat-screen TV with Sony google TV, High Speed Internet with 250 Mbps Wifi, ceiling fans, sectional sofa and dining for 10+ people
KITCHEN: Fully equipped- dishwasher, drip & K-cup Coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, microwave, toaster, blender, griddle, air fryer, charcuterie boards. There are a variety of oils, spices and condiments available.
*We’ve also included a welcome snack basket, a few drinks and your first morning coffee or tea.
GENERAL: Indoor washer/dryer with laundry soap provided, air conditioning, linens/towels, toiletries, suitable for children
PARKING: Garage 1 car, Driveway (2 vehicles), Gated Side Yard parking for RV or additional vehicles

Keyless entry makes it so easy to come and go with your own unique key code. Your check-in instructions prior to arrival will include your code for entry to the home.

We are sure you will enjoy our home and all it has to offer. Please make sure you take time to review our house rules prior to confirming your booking. We do not allow parties, or smoking. Our home has security cameras, that record, in both the front and back of the home (outside only).
