Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughtful feedback! We’re glad you found the property as described, well stocked, and conveniently located. We’re also happy our team was able to get the WiFi issue resolved quickly and that the window AC units helped keep you comfortable during the warm Durango weather. We appreciate you mentioning the height of the primary bed and are glad the step stool was available to make it easier to access. We’re sorry the overhead noise was a little disruptive during your stay as well. Unfortunately, we don’t always have control over noise from neighboring units, but we certainly understand how that can affect your experience. Thank you again for staying with us and for the helpful feedback. We hope to welcome you back to Durango again!
