This brand new construction was thoughtfully designed with plenty of outdoor living space for families and friends to gather. Enjoy the proximity to Dickson Street, U of A, and many biking and running trails.

We are pet friendly and the yard is fully fenced.

The primary suite is on the main floor and has a large bathroom with a walk in shower attached. Two bedrooms are upstairs with a large hall bathroom in between that features a shower/tub combo and double sinks.

The decor was thoughtfully curated for comfort and modern design.

Welcome to Fayetteville! This is a brand new 3 bed/3 bath home centrally located in a fantastic area with plenty of outdoor living space.

Relax on the covered front and back porches.

Enjoy proximity to biking trails, U of A, and many NWA attractions. We offer 2 bikes complimentary during your stay. Please let us know if you would like to reserve the bikes during your stay.

Great Place Near U of A Campus and a safe place for our furry friends!

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and modern ammenities. Our dogs had a safe fenced in yard to play. U of A campus was right now the road. Great location! Would definitely stay again!

Sweet Modern Comfortable Home

Fully stocked home with comfortable beds, laundry, and kitchen located in a nice woodsy neighborhood. We’d recommend staying in this conveniently located location minutes from stores and freeway access.

On very rare occasions I will stay at a VRBO and wish I could give 6 stars! This property in one of those times. Everything is as described or honestly even better than described. I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Fayetteville if this property is available. As others have also noted, the communication is excellent. If you book this property, consider yourself VERY fortunate!

Great place to stay

Convenient. Secure. Nicely decorated. Love the coffee maker. Should consider a couple of more pans to cook with. Overall great help for us as our home was being painted and new wood floors.

Fantastic Fayetteville House

I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in the Fayetteville area. The house was extremely clean and felt like a brand new house with all modern decor and touches. Very convenient to downtown Fayetteville, campus, etc. The covered parking spots was also a very nice bonus. We had no issues or complaints with our stay. And the owner was very responsive. We will definitely stay at this beautiful property again.

A lot of restrictions and rules regarding visitors which is not clear on the listing. Also not transparent about parking for your stay. Anybody other than the people staying in the vbro is considered an event by this host. I was in town visiting family and friends and was not allowed to have them over for coffee during the day. I have never had this be an issue before at any other Vbro. More concerned about the neighbors. FYI they know they are living near a Vrbo and are lovely. Otherwise nice house.
