Welcome to this luxurious home with level 2 universal EV charger in the garage for Electric vehicle’s convenience charging.

One bedroom and full bathroom are downstairs.
Upstairs is the Master Suite with its own bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms share one bathroom.
Beyond 4 bedrooms (8 guests), an air queen mattress and queen floor mattress/sleeper futon is available to accommodate additional 4 guests in the loft area upstairs/center of living room space.

Computer desk, and Piano is available in the loft area upstairs.

Shared Community Pool and Playground are there as amenities of subdivision

Guests will have access to the entire house. Self-Check in is available and the host will be available to assist with any potential issues.

High Point University Graduation

This property was very clean and large enough with 4 bedrooms to accommodate our family for graduation. It was in a nice neighborhood close to HPU and Starbucks (for my wife)! We would definitely stay again.

What a great place!!!

Cant say enough positives about our stay. The communication was great, the home was well stocked and cared for in a great neighborhood. Our host thought of everything which really made our stay a joy!!! Thank you from our enture family!!!

Great communication and lots of space

Our multi generation family of 5 was very comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Quiet neighborhood. Lovely pool. I would recommend.

Great

Hey we loved our stay! We love the communication with our host. We did notice some trash and things left behind from the last renters and the beds are all really hard. BUT everything was great and again the host were super nice and very friendly and responded quickly to all questions. I would for sure use this host again!

The highlight of our stay was absolutely the host — responsive, friendly, and on top of every question we had before and during our trip. Communication was seamless and we always felt informed. Unfortunately, the property itself didn't quite match the listing photos. Several things around the house could use some attention — minor repairs, updated appliances, and general upkeep. The biggest issue, though, was cleanliness. The home simply wasn't guest-ready when we arrived. Surfaces hadn't been properly wiped down, the bathrooms needed a deeper clean, and there were remnants from a previous stay. The host deserves a cleaning crew that matches their own high standards. With some TLC and a new cleaning company, this could easily be a 5-star stay. The host clearly cares — the property just needs to catch up.

I noticed some issues and have already made changes by replacing the previous cleaning crew with a new cleaning company this week to help ensure a higher standard of service as I strive towards always.
