Location, location, location! This fully furnished, cozy guest house is a 3 min drive from the LB Memorial Medical Center, and 10 min walk to the Willow Blue line station.
The house has been recently renovated with brand new furniture (including new mattress as of July-2022), private parking (1 spot). Super cozy and well located studio in a quiet street in Long Beach.

• Free & fast WiFi (being a traveler myself, I know how important this is…)
• Full private kitchen (fridge, microwave, full range, all cookware and silverware, kitchen towels)
• Private and spacious bathroom (provided with shower, beach, and hand towels)

• Easy access to the 405 and 710 freeways
• 10 min walk to the Willow Blue line station
• 6 min drive to Trader Joes
• 14 min drive to the beach
