The host was very attentive. The location is great, close to the beach and other attractions. Clean apartment clean. Great to have access to the balcony. Building is older. A little maintence to upgrade a bit would make it more 5 star. Towels for the beach were there.

Summer stay

We enjoyed our stay! Perfect spot for our family of four. Such a convenient location. Plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. We ended up using the hotel parking for overnight (40/night). The host Ingrid made sure we were settling in and was easy to contact if needed.

Midwest meets Weat Coast

This was a wonderful stay. I could easily and safely walk to and from the convention center and we walked all over the Pike and harbor. Literally the ONLy down side was no AC but the fans made it comfortable. We midwesterners like our AC. This is a real Cali experience and the charm of the 100 year old building can’t be beat!

Great place and great location!

Wonderful place to stay while on a business trip to Long Beach. Everything worked as it should and the place was very clean. People at this facility are nice and helpful too. Highly recommend staying here.

Great walking location

This was a lovely studio with a large living space and cute, well equipped kitchen. The bath was nice with shower and a super flush toilet! This is a very walkable location to all of Long Beach, marina, downtown restaurants and bars. I even walked to car rental a couple days I needed one. Host is lovely and was flexible with me on date changes. The building is well maintained and beautiful as a historical building. Many washers and dryers in a very clean space and you can use your cards for payment! No quarters! I stayed 24 days and it was cozy and lovely.

This is an old building, so things are pretty basic, but the place is well kept-up, and security was good. It was about as close as we cold have got to our intended visit location.

Location, location, location!

This adorable suite is centrally located 1 block from the beach in the heart of Long Beach. Within walking distance to many sights and venues. The building is very secure and we felt very safe and secure here. Ingrid kept us informed during check-in and check out. TheParking really isn't an issue

Second time was even better!

I spend 3 weeks in the Long Beach area for work each summer and I make sure to stay here! The location is perfect! Walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, the beach, and museums. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking to stay in the area. You can’t beat it!

Vacation in Long Beach

Nice facilities. Quiet. Well-anointed kitchen. Comfortable beds. Good location for safe walking, restaurants, groceries. Bus service is excellent for exploring area. Street noise is a distraction at night, but it's the city.

The place has historical charm. The unit is in easy walking distance to the convention center, beach, and local grocery store. The ocean was viewable from a quaint balcony. The room had all needed amenities. Unit was quiet despite being on Ocean Blvd. My 10 day stay here was relaxing.

Excellent spot for work or play

The rental was exceptional. Everything was exactly as advertised. Ingrid was an amazing host and was in contact the entire time to ensure everything went smoothly. The building even had an entry system change while we were there, unfortunately on a day i was due to be out late, and Ingrid made the process simple and easy to manage. In regard to the space, the beds are comfortable, the shower is amazing, and studio kitchen is just perfect so you dont have to constantly purchase food out. The balcony on the studio is amazing and it was great to leave the door open to get some fresh air in. It is in downtown Long Beach, so the outside can get pretty noisy, but we were not bothered. While I did have some fun on the trip, it was mainly for work and the space was perfect for that as well as having excellent wifi. The building is turning 100 and absolutely has that charm, but despite being in downtown Long Beach, we felt 100% safe and comfortable with lots in walking distance. I would absolutely stay here again!
