“The Chalet At Greenbriar Creek” is the perfect place for a honeymoon or anniversary getaway. Perfectly situated just east of Gatlinburg , you'll be just minutes away from all the attractions that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge offer but still far enough away to not have the hustle and bustle. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park is just 2 minutes down the road, Plus Cataloochee valley being just an hour away.
Enjoy the serenity of the rippling creek outside the back door while enjoying a relaxing morning with coffee on the screened in porch or relaxing by the firepit.
This lovely studio cottage has a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs, please note there is no dishwasher Onsight. With a beautiful Love seat positioned in the center of the room with a large Flat screen Tv and an Electric fireplace for the extra special ambience while you cuddle with your loved one. Retire in the King-sized bed just behind the loveseat with a true night of relaxing sleep before your next day's adventure on one of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park hiking trails, with many conveniently located to the cabin. The beautifully designed bathroom has a large walk-in shower big enough for two.

Quaint Cabin on creek

The cabin was the perfect size for our weekend getaway. It had everything we needed and was nestled right on a creek that provided a great outdoor backdrop. Very clean and the host was extremely informative on what the expectations are for the duration of your stay.

Great stay at Bear Creek Cabins

This cabin was right on a creek that gave very soothing sounds and atmosphere from the screened porch. Comfortable bed. Needs a few additions in tge kitchen supplies and hooks to hang thinks in the bathroom. Overall an awesome experience.

Amazing

Had a really good time overall it was good just I wished you guys would’ve separated the pictures more. We thought we were gonna be secluded, but it still wasn’t bad at all. It was still amazing.

No Privacy

No of the pictures posted showed you that there were around 8 cabins (posted pics showed 3 at most), and half were on each side of the creek facing each other. There was no privacy fence, curtains, nothing around the Hot Tub. so even though that was one of our must haves we did even use it. Very disappointed. oh and I misplace something and was looking for it, for pete's sake sweep under the bed and couch.

Relaxation

This property was immaculately clean! We loved the screened in patio that overlooked the creek and the property smelled of cedar. We loved the property! We were happy to have the trees directly in front of our patio because without them we would have had a staring contest with the neighbors across from us. We liked that the property had dinner trays- we definitely used those. However, there was not one single knife (other than a butter knife) in the kitchen. This made cooking a bit challenging! The property also isnt as private as the description leads you to believe. There are properties on both sides as well as in front of you and the firepit for this property sits nearly on top of the neighbors patio. It is also directly beside the road that leads into Gatlinburg so traffic is nearly constant. These things would not deter us from staying again but just something to note. Overall, we loved the property! Definitely take advantage of the free tickets! Those were an incredibly nice benefit!

Anniversary Trip

We really enjoyed the stay and is very clean. Only about 30 mins from Gatlinburg. Great for just 2 people, this was our anniversary trip. It’s not as secluded as it’s pictured but still very nice. Loved the screened in porch and the creek. Few things ( thats I did mention upon submitting for checkout ) 1 - bathroom shower floor is very slick and with the floor being sloped, you slide very easily. It’s a big slope so be careful while in shower. 2- the long window on wall above the bed has no covering. Nice to have a window but when it’s dark, surrounding neighbors on that side can see a good part of inside. So be mindful of that. 3-there is a hot tub off from the porch next to firepit but no privacy around it. Firepit is right next to neighbor’s porch. No privacy fence just a few smaller trees that do not block anything. People from the road and neighbors can see you and you them. Check in and out was very easy. Only issue checking in was wrong door code was sent. Had to call to get a new code. We would stay again, hopefully the few things listed will be addressed before then.

Greenbriar Preserve is a charming cottage community located just 20 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. This peaceful retreat is nestled along a scenic creek and offers a quiet escape while still being close to all the area’s attractions. When we saw the location, we knew everyone would love the location as much as we did, and so the Greenbriar Preserve came to be.

The community is relatively new, with construction beginning in 2023 and thoughtfully expanding through 2024 and 2025 as its popularity grew. Guests love the serene setting, natural surroundings, and relaxing atmosphere.
We’re proudly pet-friendly (we love animals!), so feel free to bring your furry companions along. The community offers plenty of space to enjoy leisurely walks with your dog, whether along the creek or around the picnic area next to a large open field.

This cabin is pet-friendly — a $75 + tax non-refundable fee per pet applies. Pets must weigh no more than 40 lbs each and be crated if left unattended on the property.
 
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin. Guests found smoking indoors will be subject to a cleaning fee of up to $1,000 and immediate removal from the property. All payments made for the reservation will be forfeited in full.
