The view was great but......

The condo is not meant for people in their 70's if you are over 5'5" tall. All the furniture, including the toilets, are very close to the floor. Which means if you have a difficult time getting up and down, this isn't the condo for you. The furniture is very dated and the mattress in the primary bedroom needs to be replaced. Aside from that, the view of the gulf was spectacular and the sunsets were beautiful.

Wonderful First Time in Florida!

For our family's first time in Florida this was a great property to stay at! The property is in a great location with a wonderful balcony view to enjoy beautiful sunsets and mornings enjoying a cup of coffee. Quick and easy access to Tigertail Beach, which had wonderful time for the family to find shells, including sand dollars! (check the low tide listings) The property looks just like the pictures and we found it very homey, our kids want to get swivel chairs for our living room now! The full kitchen allowed us to eat some meals in and eat around the table while enjoying the view from all the windows facing the ocean. The bedrooms had enough closet and drawer space to unpack completely, along with very comfortable beds. We appreciated the overall property cleanliness, the security, and friendliness of the neighbors who gave us tips for staying on Marco Island. We also enjoyed having activities we all could do as a family with the tennis courts, pickle-ball courts, shuffle board, bocce ball and even ping pong. We are very thankful we found this property as it provided a wonderful experience for our first time in Florida and we know we will be going back!!!

Gorgeous location, comfortable property

We had a wonderful time in Marco, staying in this beautiful unit overlooking the beach. Everything was comfortable and well equipped for a lovely stay. We found the beach, pool, pickle ball courts and balcony to be standouts for this location. Can’t beat the view!

Family get away

This property benefits from an excellent location and beautiful views. The unit could use updating, but is clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Laundry down the hall is convenient enough. It is extremely busy during holidays so an elevator wait was typical. The pool is nice and the beach terrific.

This apartment is very pretty and clean. We loved the big windows specially the sunset view. The balcony has ocean and beach view . I super recommended :)

Hidden Gem

Amazing views on the wrap around balcony and through the wall of windows of Tigertail Beach and lagoon!! Enjoyed exploring the expansive beach. This unit is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The exterior halls need to be updated but once inside this unit, you will be in awe. There are many pool rules for this resort that are strictly enforced which was disappointing for our children but made it a quiet oasis.

Great condo unit in the best location.

My wife and I spent the week of Christmas at the condo and loved the location and view from the unit. The unit was bright and roomy with a good view of the beach and sunset. The bed was very comfortable and having two bathrooms made it easy for both of us to get ready for a fun day. Shopping, groceries and restaurants are close by and offer great choices. The kitchen had everything needed for us to make meals and enjoy the view from the dinning room. Overall we would stay here again and look forward to relaxing here in the future.

Great family vacation

Nice place. Great location to the beach. Great views. We have little kids and there a few too many rules for around the pool.

Property was nice. Gated community with pool, gym. Access to beach is a distance but a nice walk.

This condo has beautiful views of the sunset. The kitchen is equipped with all you need. Coffee maker, wine bottle opener, toaster oven and plenty of dishes and pots and pans. They have low beach chairs, lounge beach chair and umbrella. Nice beach and bath towels. Beds are comfortable. Nice kitchen table. We loved the pool and gym. It was the perfect week.
