Wonderful stay!

Clean, modern, comfortable interior with a mini pool table and darts. HUGE TV and amazing kitchen. Great communication from the host. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Family Get-Together

Jose's place was a great spot for our group of 4 to meet up for the weekend. The space is super updated, clean and so very comfortable. We loved spending time relaxing and visiting in this cozy bright space. You could easily fit 6 adults as there are three pretty spacious bedrooms. You can tell that a lot of thought and care has gone into making this home a wonderful place to stay and hangout by the river. We loved the view of the river and even made a fire on cold fall morning to enjoy the outdoor fire pit and view of three eagles nesting in a tree across the river. We really enjoyed hiking at Salt Springs State Park and Chenango Valley State Park was an enjoyable walk around the lake. We also had lunch at a great brewery near Chenango called Farm by Beer Tree Brew. The brewery is beautiful inside and fun. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. If you're looking for a quiet relaxing get away, you won't be disappointed.

It was a home away from home experience

perfect in so many ways, It was clean, bright, spacious and very nicely decorated. The host was delightful and very responsive. We loved the backyard view and we would definitely stay again.

Amazing place

The house was amazing! fully stocked, clean, and very very comfortable. Water pressure for the showers were perfect. beds were comfortable. The view of the river was spectacular. Granted we were only using the place to sleep after playing paintball in a nearby are, but to be able to come back to a comfortable and relaxing environment after playing a day of paintball in the sun was simply amazing. Will definitely choose this spot again next time, when my buddies and I are in the area playing paintball again. Hopefully we will be able to use the firepit next time!
