気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
This "apartment" was not at all as it was represented on the site. It was basically a run-down house with single rooms they were renting out. it was usually 75/night but they had inflated the price A LOT it for the weekend due to the SUNY Binghamton graduation. There was no way my family could stay there. Then they offered us a space next door which they claimed would be ready in an hour. It was literally under construction. Doors off hinges, no furniture, construction materials everywhere. An absolute fiasco. VRBO's customer service was excellent - cancelled it right away and refunded our money. I never put negative reviews because I know people are usually doing the best they could. This was just so ridiculous I had to post.
