Our niche is offering an authentic Mexican neighborhood and the ability to access nearby attractions without a tour. I can help direct you and you can rent the car for a single day to take a day trip etc. You have access to Centro but can also get away to a quiet neighborhood without the "tourist influence".

-Mexican/American couple living on the first floor (Spanish and English speaking)
-10 min from Centro - 2.5 miles. owners can help with arrangements for a taxi available anytime or minivan rental from owners.
-Quiet!
-Owners can help with info regarding tours, hiking, eating etc.
-WIFI cellular
- Two bicycles available for riding in neighborhood
-Minivan rental available for daily/weekly rentals

- Hierve de Agua – 40 minutes
- Tlacolua Mercado (oldest in Mexico) -30 minutes

My husband and Rudy and I retired in 2017 and moved to Oaxaca from San Diego. We are very involved in Oaxaca life. We have ties in Centro and in the Pueblo - Huayapam. We have two domesticated house dogs that we keep inside and walk off the property during your stay.

We built this home with all the comforts - Fast wifi, abundant outlets, hot water and great water pressure!
この宿泊施設の特徴
We have lived here and can help arrange a number of outings. Want to have a authentic Oaxacan meal prepared and served on the rooftop? We have local friends that would be happy to accommodate. Also we can arrange to have a taxi driver's number who can take you to centro and drive you back (10 min). You'll be happy to have the quiet but still be minutes from the city. Walmart shopping center near by if you prefer to cook.
