Walk to South Congress - SoCo, in the Heart of Austin. Walk, bike or bus to downtown. Huge Live Oaks Trees, upscale neighborhood, high demand area. Quaint house in an awesome location. Walk to Stacy Pool and Park. Blunn Creek walking trail..beautiful!

Long Term Rentals over 30 days are great! Comfy for 1-3 people.

3 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms, one with tub /shower combo in one bathroom, just shower in the other.
2 Queen beds and 1 Twin bed in the house.

The Soco Bungalow is a sweet renovated 1935 cottage that is located in the beautiful Travis Heights Neighborhood just 3 blocks from South Congress or Soco, the trendy area that defines Austin’s Uniqueness and 3 blocks from Stacy Park and the Stacy Pool that is open and free year ‘round.

The Soco and Travis Heights neighborhood is a very established, beautiful neighborhood with HUGE live oak trees and beautiful historical mansions. It is one of the best walking neighborhoods in Austin, located just a few minutes to downtown and the entertainment district of 6th street.

Comfy Back Porch as well. Sweet outdoor gardens with huge Oak Trees and green ivy all around.

The house is an easy walk to wonderful restaurants, shopping and the internationally renowned Continental Club with the Gallery perched above that features great jazz and other unique music!

It is located only about 2 miles to the Convention Center and the 6th street/ Entertainment District.

You will love this house and location! Amazing, beautiful, so quiet... and sweetly unique!

I maintain the property with the utmost care, cleanliness and professionalism and enjoy the diversity of guests, happy to host all good people in all walks of life. I am also a juggler/magician and filmmaker.

Trees, Birds, Quiet!

Quiet, beautiful neighborhood with wonderful neighbors and amazing houses. This is the area of Austin that gives you direct walking access to shops, dining, music and Austin eclectic.

Walking to Soco is so easy...5 minute walk to an organic grocery store, 24 hour diner Magnolia Cafe, Woodland Cafe, South Congress Cafe (YUM!), Guerro's and so many cute vintage clothing and Bohemian shops for men and women.

On weekends, local artists set up their booths and sell awesome jewelry, hats, clothing, art and more. Studios and original art, great walking area.

Come stay at the Soco Bungalow! You will be nestled in the heart of what makes Austin unique, close to downtown, Barton Springs and Soco.
