**The Government Beach Renourishment Project is occurring in nearby areas. The project will run 7.5 miles in length – Myrtle Beach State Park to Garden City / Georgetown County. This may affect the beach at your property. The project is permitted for, and will be constructed, 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Noise and beach interruption should be expected. *
