Boardwalk Terrace Oceanfront One Bedroom Apartment

Enjoy your morning coffee on your private ocean front balcony or from the comfort of living room couch. Our ocean front retreat unit has a great view to the ocean and the boardwalk. Conveniently located on 11th Street and Boardwalk. Upon entering our space you will be greeted with natural light reflecting off the ocean and beach into the living room. Our favorite view is in the morning when the light pours in and getting to enjoy the sun rise over the water from inside or outside on the deck. We have a large couch that converts into a double bed for guests, as well as two double beds with tempur-pedic mattresses in the bedroom. The living room has a flat screen TV to stream your favorite shows and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with a big size refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, pots and pans ,wine glasses and any other kitchen amenities you will need. Closet and dresser for storage use.It comes with one parking spot on the site. Pets are allowed. Charges $30-$35 per pet per night. Enjoy your stay!

Good for a weekend away.

It was just what we wanted, view was amazing off the deck. overlooking the boardwalk. And location was great. It was clean and comfortable for 3. I'll be coming back.

Great value for families, Perfect location- directly above boardwalk shops. There is even a small alleyway to access beach/boardwalk alongside building. The building manager was polite and met us promptly with our keys. Living area was as expected for beach rental- as a family of 5, we found it comfortable with the sleeper couch closed up when not in use. The attached outdoor balcony is large. Gorgeous view of beach right from the room. You cannot beat having a full size refrigerator, stove top, microwave and coffee maker when staying somewhere with children! Thankful to have found this place to accommodate us and you can even bring your dog - we will be back

Boardwalk getaway

Excellent location. Deck is perfect for watching waves or people on the boardwalk. Apartment is a nice size for 2. Could use an update and some extra cleaning however. But all in all, suited our needs.

Great location

I stayed with my two college aged kids and it was fine. The location was excellent and convenient to everything. It was clean but very small. I would not recommend to families with small kids because it’s next to a bar, entrance off an ally and the balcony is not 100% private. Great spot for couples, close friends, older kids. Take your own bar of soap!

Quick Trip

Space is just enough for a quick weekend trip. We were able to access parking early and check in earlier than expected which was nice. Being conveniently located at the boardwalk made beach and entertainment easily accessible. The view from balcony was great! Room was a bit hot. Communication with host through app does go unanswered you are best off calling.

Dirty room

Would love to come back next year but i payrd 100 dollars for a clean place and it was dirty the peopl ahead ofme left a tip and it was still sitting there. Thr beds wernt evan made

Not as expected

We arrived and the older of the two who were there was very nice to us. When I went into the apartment I was told that the air conditioner in the living room didn't work. I was to open the sliding glass door to the balcony that he had to put his foot at the bottom and push it a certain way. I couldn't open it and I called the office to tell them I couldn't open it. The younger of the two argued with me that it was easy to open and repeated the instructions. I said I wanted it fixed. He sent someone to repair it. He cleaned and oiled the track and it worked. When we tried to cook three of the stove burners didn't work. The coffee pot didn't work, the water ran through it without it being turned on. The window air conditioner in the bedroom was not installed properly and wind came in around it moving the curtains. One evening it was very cold and the wind was blowing directly on m when I was in bed. I called an told them of the situation. I was sent a reply to my statement about freezing by the younger that, "It’s 65 degrees outside. Close to ambient temperature. If you need a heater I can bring it to you despite the facts it’s unnecessary." This is the exact reply, He did bring a heater but made the same statement about it's not cold enough. He acted mad and repeated his statement when I told him I was freezing with the wind blowing on me. He was very disrespectful. I was very dissatisfied with our stay. I would never go back and I would advise others to stay away as well.
