This was a lovely place to stay. We had everything we needed. View was spectacular. Bed was very comfy. Only two things to note: there was only one fork in the utensil drawer and the tub stopper didn’t work. Neither was a big issue. I just mention if those need attention. It was certainly a plus to bring our dogs with us. Thank you!

It sounds like Bend Riverside checked all the important boxes! A spectacular Deschutes River view, a comfy bed, everything you needed, AND the pups got to come along for the adventure. Really enjoyed the location and view. Comfortable and cozy. Only suggestion is to have a trash can for the pup poop bags. Not something you want to bring inside. Would definitely stay again. Loved the marmot greetings every morning from the rock wall.

Fantastic stay with water view!

We have absolutely loved our stay at this little gem on the water. I highly recommend this location. The property manager has been fantastic and the location could not be beat.

I was very pleased with bed , showers kitchen amenities. Staff was avaiable. I would recommend a different tv service along with easy info for remotes. I’ll be back

Perfect

Took a quick trip to Bend to visit my new granddaughter. I changed my reservation twice, as I found that I could stay longer than expected. The communication with the staff was just wonderful, and they were very fast to accommodate my changing plans. The unit was adorable, exactly everything that I needed! I could walk out of my door and be on the river trail in a minute. It was a quick walk to get to downtown. The kitchenette, although small, afforded everything I could possibly need. LOTS of towels. A definite win win if you want a really cute room right by the river!

Perfect location, rough bed

This little unit is exactly as described, a perfect location right on the river walk and immediately adjacent to the check dam which makes for a pretty view and some ovely water noise to sleep by.No complaints about the unit except for the bed, which has breathed it's last. I'm sure it was lovely when it was new, but it's very soft and sagging in both directions towards the middle, so it's more like a hammock now than a bed. Granted I personally require a pretty firm bed so some folks might be OK with the softness, but the support is broken down to where everyone ends up in the middle in a puppy pile by the middle of the night, and I can't imagine anyone liking that. I suppose for one person it might be ok sleeping right in the middle.Anyway, an excellent unit that would be 10/10 if they invested in a new mattress set.

I have to say, you analogies killed me and gave me a real good laugh. Thank you for that. Based on this review and another guests, I want to let you know that we have ordered a new mattress for this unit and we will also be upgrading to a king! WHOOP WHOOP! Our stay

Good location, near a lot of things, with a good view. We came here with our dog, and saw they said no dogs near the pool, so we left him in his crate in the room. Apparently, he did bark a bit while we were gone. To which our neighbor reported us. The gal I talked to on the phone was nice and understanding.However she did let me know that their HOA policy says dogs are not allowed to be unattended in the room.Which does make it hard to use the amenities provided since dogs aren’t allowed there. And hard to fully have a vacation, not everywhere allows dogs.I personally would say, if your HOA policy says they can’t be left unattended, I would make that a lot more clear at checkout- or else I would not have booked this spot had I seen that prior. So just a heads up to those considering booking with pets, especially if they have any separation anxiety in new spaces.Overall, the property itself is nice. Besides the one little hiccup, we enjoyed our stay.

The view, the location, the atmosphere, what else could you ask for?! To follow up with the pet concerns, you are indeed allowed to leave your pet unattended however, they have to follow the rules of no excessive barking or disrupting another guests stay. We apologize for the call, but we hope that you can understand why we had to do it. Almost everyone here on property is here to relax and enjoy their vacations and as the on site managers, we have to make calls we dont always want to do... Anyways, we are happy to hear you enjoyed the overall stay and we know that we are wishing you safe travels on your way back home!

I got in late so was a little confused on where to go but you’re going to want to go down the hill where the sign says cottages. It’s right by the river so it’s super nice and serene down there! The room is super nice and well put together. The furniture is perfect and plenty of floor space. Bed is super comfy too! Now the window…. Amazing! Perfect view of the river. I wish I could have stayed there longer. It’s a no brainer this is a 5 star place and well worth the price. Location is great too.

Host was very communicative, room was exactly as expected, it was clean, and was exactly what we needed. Loved the location. Next to the Deschutes and an easy walk toDowntown.

The location is amazing. The view of the river is amazing! Such a great little spot for a weekend trip. We did have to give an Extra sweep under the bed and in the corners to clean up hair balls. The room smelled heavily like bleach when we arrived so we aired it out for a bit. Other than that, we had such a great trip and really enjoyed being so close to downtown. We would definitely stay again!
