A private, fully fenced home near a quiet canal and wildlife can offer the best of both worlds. You'll have the peace and quiet of nature right outside your door with plenty of opportunities to observe and appreciate the local wildlife. Whether you're an avid birdwatcher or just enjoy the sound of the water, this type of home can provide a serene and calming environment. Plus, the fully fenced yard will ensure that you have plenty of privacy and security, so you can truly relax and unwind.

*This home is situated along the Arnold Irrigation Canal with no fences to obstruct your views. Fencing is not permitted due to an easement from the Irrigation District, so caution is advised when traveling with young children. The shop that shares this gated driveway may be used from time to time during a guest stay. Guests will not be bothered and are ensured their right to privacy.

Great location! Quiet snd remote

Spacious, well equipped with no noise and lovely setting. Hot tub was very nice and besides one hiccup, everything was excellent.

Upscale house and quiet getaway

Bend getaway

What a wonderful place, super easy to find very well maintained. I wish I could of stayed longer. It had snowed while there and they were very on top of plowing and keeping up with it still be very accessible! Close to the main town and everything!

Weekend ski trip getaway

Loved the home! We had a lovely stay. Everything was pretty perfect. Beds felt like you were in a nice hotel. My boyfriend actually got hurt the first day of our ski trip and was laid up in the home the whole weekend and he was really comfortable. Plenty of parking. Super private. Would definitely stay there again!

As good or better than advertised. Excellent location in quiet neighborhood that provides both a private setting and close proximity to Bend. New construction in top shape. Highly recommended.

Manzanita Home

This is a wonderful home in a beautiful setting, right on the canal. Two markets very close by, so it was easy to get anything we needed. Check-in and out was very simple and straightforward and there was plenty of secure parking. It was a bit difficult to find the wifi password, but once we figured it out, all was well. The home is more spacious and lovely than the photos, and sparkling clean! We were extremely happy with our stay!

Blizzard stay

This VRBO has an amazing kitchen, would be great for a group. Bring your own board games and bath robe for the hot tub. The company that partners with this VRBO responds quickly. We got snowed in, texted the company on a Sunday and they sent someone to plow the driveway and dropped off a new snow shovel. Amazing service.

Perfection

My husband and I recently stayed at Manzanita for 9 nights. It was everything we hoped for and more. The setting, set back from the road with the sparkling canal flowing at the back of the property, was peaceful. We made frequent use of the gas grill, fire pit, and hot tub. The interior layout was ideal to host guests with a large kitchen, dining table and great room. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We wished we could stay longer!
