Nice house in a great area!

Great stay with a very clean house! There is only 1 1/2 bathrooms instead of 2 full so that was a little misleading, but was a great place to stay for a weekend!

Great place

Everything was wonderful!! A fantastic house in a great area very convenient to where we wanted to be. Would certainly stay here again. Only issue with listing is there is only 1 1/2 baths, not 2 or more as indicated in a couple of places in the listing.

Peace, Quiet, and Convenience

I found this property to be an excellent choice for a visit to Louisville. The home was well maintained and the host was very responsive. The neighborhood was very nice, quiet, but still convenient to every location we visited while in town. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay here to others.

Girls' Trip

This house is cute, and it's bigger than it seems from the outside. The neighborhood was quiet. The outside lights were plentiful and gave us peace of mind. The back porch might be the best feature. The only complaint we had was the outdoor garbage cans were full and overflowing. That might be due to scheduled pick-up days, though. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Nice quiet neighborhood

Property was quiet. Terrific for some tired Derby goers. House was pretty tidy too. Unfortunately, there were too many stray hairs including pubic on the floors in bathrooms. Blankets & bath towels too. Eeeew!!! Furniture might be somewhat more comfortable. Tough to seat several adults. Please do not be offended by these criticisms. Always know they are meant to help. Thank you tons for providing your home on short notice.

Racing Gal Trip

Enjoyed our time in Louisville, attending The Oaks with gal friends. The location was easy to find and easy to get to the Churchill Downs. The listing was a bit deceiving with 2 bathroom indicated when there is really 1.5 bathrooms. This made it a bit challenging to get ready with 7 ladies, but we made it work. The water temperature and pressure in the bath was great. Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. Recommend a new sofa sleeper be purchased or mattress as the sofa was quite uncomfortable for sleeping. Host was very welcoming and good communicator
