Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located less than 1 mile from Churchill Downs, and with many other great attractions nearby, this comfortable and cozy home has everything that you need to enjoy your stay in Louisville! Whether you're here for a race, a convention, exhibit, or any other reason, this place will feel like your home away from home!

This beautiful and cozy home has all the room you need for the entire family! Located near the University of Louisville and Churchill Downs, this home currently has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathroom across three floors of living space! Two bedrooms are on the main level have a size bed, dresser, and full closets ready for your use. There is one full bathroom in between both main level bedrooms. One main level bedroom has a Smart TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed, dresser and Smart TV (located upstairs). The second full bathroom is in the finished basement, complete with a walk in shower. The dining room sits off of the living room which has enough seating for 6. The next room over has the full kitchen which is stocked with everything you could need for your visit! Off of the kitchen is a beautiful enclosed porch for you to sit and read or enjoy a cup of coffee. The back door the the patio is off of this room and the patio is fully fenced for your four legged family members!

It was very nice property thats spacious and had enough room for the stay. Loved how there was an option for more security than what was provided, even though we didnt feel like we really need it. Location was very convient to local stores that was walking distance. Thank to the Host who was responsive through out.

Overall the property was very nice and everyrhing was very smooth. My one issue was a mouse who seemed to think he had control of the basement. My daughters refused to use the bathroom because of this which complicated our stay.

Great location

Very close and easy access to fairgrounds, restaurants and bars. Very clean and comfortable. Neighborhood just isnt the greatest.

Comfy and convenient

Located in a mixed neighborhood of small homes, convenient to Churchill Downs and only a five minute drive from Old Louisville. The beds were comfortable and the sun porch was a great place to get away from the tv to read. Owner was quick to reply.

If I could leave a 0 rating I would! This place was horrendous. The smell of weed was overwhelming, pitbulls roaming the street, beer bottles in the neighbors front yard. Gangs of grown men congregating in front of the house, bars on the windows, houses with “will protect will force” signs, not to mention the gun shots we heard in the short time we were there. We only stayed long enough to make a reservation somewhere else. Even though we had to pay double because of their no refund policy. It was worth it to NOT stay here!

Comfy

We were in town for an event at the Kentucky Expo Center. My family (2 adults, pre-teen, and med-size dog) stayed comfortably for 3 nights. The location was perfect and the area stayed quiet. It was near wonderful parks for us the enjoy the nice weather. I did misread the description and thought there was a hot tub. However, the first floor shower made up for my mistake and is the best shower I have ever used. We will remember the property for future visits to Louisville.

So we had booked this so we could stay during the Farm show. We ended up wanting to head towards home because we got done with the show faster than we thought. We went to the house never went inside, we landed up, going closer to home to find a hotel(this is 12 hours from home, it was still early), so we never stayed here. We never went inside. They didn’t have to clean anything. We asked for a refund for the cleaning fee, not the room fee or the taxes and we have yet to hear back from them.
