This fully renovated 2BR/2BA home is in Louisville’s centrally located Schnitzelburg neighborhood. It’s a vibrant community known for the historic homes, locally owned restaurants, quirky shops & dog-friendly breweries.
The space
Our home was thoughtfully designed to make everyone comfortable- including a fully equipped kitchen & charming fully-fenced backyard- built for grilling and lounging with friends. But if you really want to live like a local, you’ll enjoy a bourbon on the front porch which overlooks downtown.
Guest access
You will have full access to the house, backyard and parking pad, which can fit 3 cars.
Other things to note
No matter what brings you to our city, you will be less than 10 minutes from our area’s favorite attractions.

Clean, updated, plenty of space to hang out with friends. Would be great for pets. We would stay again! If you are used to eclectic urban communities, you will find some wonderful hidden gems in the area. However, if you prefer a more traditional suburban setting, this may not be the place for your group.
