This elegant home boasts three beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with charming coastal decor, a flat-screen TV, and high-end linens for your ultimate comfort.

The primary bedroom features a plush king-sized bed and an attached full bathroom.

The second bedroom contains a comfortable queen-sized bed, two nightstands, and a dresser that gives you space to unpack your belongings.

The third bedroom features a queen bed as well as a twin-over-full bunk bed, providing ample space for your entire group. This room also contains a chair that’s the perfect place to curl up in and enjoy a good book.

Finally, you’ll also find a sofa bed in the large living area to accommodate any additional guests.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆

There are two full bathrooms to provide plenty of space for everyone in your group to get ready. Each full bath is stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hairdryer, so you don’t have to worry about bringing your own.

The first full bathroom is attached to the primary bedroom and boasts a walk-in shower and a double vanity while the second bathroom is shared between the second and third bedrooms and features a shower/tub combination and a double vanity. An additional half bathroom caters to the common areas.

Keep your towels and wardrobe fresh using the washer and dryer provided in the unit, so you don’t have to go home with dirty laundry!

The open floor plan makes it easy to move between the kitchen and lounge to socialize with your group. The modern kitchen features all the amenities you’ll need to whip up your favorite meals, including stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and basic cookware, utensils, and dishware (including things for the kiddos!). There is ample cabinet space for your favorite holiday groceries. In the mornings, enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from the Mr. Coffee machine.

When you’re ready for meals, take a seat around the sleek glass dining table and share stories and great food with your group. You’ll find four additional bar stools available at the kitchen counter to accommodate your whole group.

The stylish lounge is the perfect place to unwind with your friends and family. Ample seating is available on the plush sectional sofa, so you can curl up and enjoy movie nights on the large Smart TV. There are also two armchairs with comfortable cushions so you can cozy up and enjoy a good book while natural light fills the room through the large windows. Need to get some work done? The free wifi makes it easy to stay connected if you need to.

As guests, you will have full access to the entire property except for a locked owner's closet. Enjoy the welcoming bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and full kitchen. You will also have access to the shared BBQ area, community pool, and hot tub. Free parking is available in the garage for one car, and an additional car can be parked directly in front of the unit in the designated space. Please note that you’re welcome to bring your pet along for an additional fee of $75/pet for a maximum of two pets.

The Meridians are a small set of condos just blocks from the beach. Enjoy the views of the dunes and ocean from the second-floor patio off the living area. They are also conveniently located just a mile from the main shops and restaurants.

Everything is close by. Walk to the beach or take a short golf cart ride into town.

—Please do not set the AC lower than 70 during the day and 68 at night. (Anything lower may cause it to freeze).
—Please be respectful of neighbors. No loud music/noise outside after 10 PM on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Failure to comply can result in being asked to leave.
—Exceeding the registered number of guests is prohibited.
—Pets must be approved in advance. There is a $75 pet fee per pet (must be paid before arrival) and pet rules must be followed. Pets must be kept off the furniture, including bedding, the pets must be cleaned up after (outside and excessive fur), and if they are not trained, they must be crated when left alone. Failure to comply will result in a $100 fee.
—Damaged items will be billed to the guest.
—Obey neighborhood parking signs.
—Do not move furniture without the owner's consent.
—The home should be returned in the condition it was received.
—No parties and please respect the noise levels in the community. Glitter and confetti are not allowed (failure to comply will result in a $100 extra cleaning fee).
—No smoking of any kind ($500 fee).
