Port A Del Rey

Our stay was fantastic. We had our family with us includes two adult daughters and a granddaughter.Accommodation was as advertised. Calm water out front with the marina, with direct access to the bay as well and the beach a few blocks away. Everything was accessible by golf cart or by walking. We were able to use the ramp at the marina for launching jet ski and paddleboards and enjoy the scenery. The condo was in great shape and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking family meals. Location and the accommodations, suited our needs perfectly . Very nice. The host always had someone answer the phone if we needed to call about anything. Very good communication. We’ll be back!

Island moorings townhouse

Great location to Island Moorings marina and airport. House was clean overall. The pool area looked nice and kept. The complex and unit are a bit tired, but none the less it’s a great option for the price.

Fantastic condo

We had a wonderful time staying at this breathtaking condo! Amazing views, great location, super clean and spacious inside and out! Highly recommend this condo, we will for sure be coming back no doubt about it. This is the perfect family vacation rental, girls weekend, AND pers are welcome, what else could you ask for!Ice maker and filter water from fridge didn't work properly but we just bought a bag of ice and bottled water.

The photos do not so this property justice. It’s gorgeous! (And spotless and stocked with all the things you’ll need.) I’m just sad we didn’t have time to enjoy the pool. Rented a slip and trailer parking at the marina, which was super convenient for the fishermen. Property management was quick to respond and very professional. We have been coming to Port A and North Padre for two decades, and this is hands down our favorite stay yet! We will be back!

Could be WAY better....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience from a facilitation standpoint was good. However, the property is just "meh". It's a great location and has great potential, but the furnishings are extremely cheap and the amenities in the kitchen are incredibly lacking. It's not organized or laid out well at all. The disposal does not work. They claim there was a button on the sink, but we could not find it after searching for 2 days. The fixtures were cheap and broken. I have 2 big complaints. #1 there are zero curtains on the top floor which makes it impossible to be upstairs as the sun goes down until it sets. It is blinding. A roman shade would do wonders here. #2 the AC won't allow you to go below 70. This would typically not be a problem but with no blinds to block the sun, it's a bit problematic and the top floor heats up. There are no chairs downstairs on the back patio.I just did a renovation myself and learned a lot. I would have gladly paid $50 a night more for things that worked. Just saying.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed this house although the stairs are steep, it comes with an elevator, which allows you to have so many views of both the marina and across the way you can even see the beach. it is beautifully decorated with lots of balconies to sit on. It was very clean as well. The only thing we all struggled with were that the beds were so uncomfortable . Not just my husband and I but even the teenagers had a hard time sleeping and being comfortable. I’m assuming they are new mattresses, just not very good ones . New wave rentals was very prompt to deal with any issues. We had such as the Wi-Fi going out . Loved the location too!
