Step outside with your morning coffee to watch the sun rise over the ocean, or unwind in the evening with a cocktail as the waves roll in.
The open-concept living space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with a Fully Equipped Kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room where everyone can gather. Large windows bring in natural light and the soothing sound of the surf, creating the perfect coastal atmosphere.
Sleeping arrangements include a king-size bed in the primary bedroom and two double beds in the guest bedroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 Guests—ideal for families, friends, or couples. Both bathrooms are updated and thoughtfully appointed, offering convenience and privacy for everyone.

Paradise getaway

I was beyond pleased with my booking. Check in was contactless and easy. I was granted an early check in, so the lady in charge of cleaning came by to ask me if I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo before we got settled in. We had everything we needed for our 5 day trip, all I shopped for was groceries. We had washer and dryer in the unit as well. We will be back in July & we are very excited to be staying here again.

Week stay

The location is awesome...on the beach and near the islands restaurants, gift stores and activities. The check in process was extremely easy but had to drive across the island to return the keys. Our biggest complaint was the lack of cleaning that was done before our stay. There was melted chocolate (we hope) on the bed spreads, trash and dust behind furniture and hairs in the sink. The dishes provided were not all that clean. We called to report it and they did offer to come and reclean so that was good.

Saida Towers is one of my favorite places to stay, due to variety of pools, clean floor grounds and feeling secure walking around property at any time. This was the first time, however, that we were not able to park a vehicle across the street parking lot over night. We were advised to use the overnight parking at Margaritaville which was good. But since we were not guest at that hotel we had to use valet parking and the additional cost was obviously unexpected. It was nice to have the vehicle ready up front when it was needed. Just an FYI. The condo itself was great. Everything worked fine and all necessities were available. The sofa is so comfy ! Wish it had a Keurig, as thats what I brought for my coffee. This time we didn't cook except for breakfast, but plenty of pots and pans available. Some minor things need to be fixed like the master bath vent and closet sliding doors. But that did not interfere with our vacay. Love the big dining table. AC worked great. And if you use the dryer, please remove the lint. Couldn't figure out why my towels were taking so long to dry, until I checked the lint and it was loaded. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Disappointed

Arrived to security both to condos and check in was a breeze and very convenient. Got everything upstairs, settled in and tv in living room not working. Called after hours number to answer no call back. Come to find out someone unplugged the cable from the back. Couple days later bad water leak from ceiling in kitchen, called after hours number left message, no call back. Called another number and someone answered. Notified them of the flooding going on they sent security up to look. The water leak was extensive and no one ever came to clean up mess. My family, while on vacation, cleaned and mopped up all the water. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
