Start your day with a fresh cup of coffee and the sun rising on the beach or enjoy a relaxing drink on your private balcony overlooking the sun setting on the bay. Either way, the South Padre Island views never get old!

Upstairs you'll find a relaxing master bedroom and charming guest room - perfect sleeping accommodations for a family of 4 or two couples. Each features comfortable carpeted floors, a private bathroom, and bay balcony access. The spacious living area downstairs provides fifth floor views of the gorgeous Gulf waters and a half bath also provides convenience for daytime living.

You may choose to dine out every night, but the updated kitchen is fully equipped for those gourmet island meals. A full-size washer and dryer add to convenience and make this the perfect place for your South Padre Island family getaway

Sunchase IV is a gated resort with beautiful grounds, private beach access, two pools and hot tubs, two children's pools, a 2nd floor library, a fitness center, and a 7th floor sundeck. The walk through the beautifully landscaped grounds to the private beach access is relaxing and there are shops, restaurants, and nightlife all within walking distance as well.

This property is licensed and in good standing with the City of South Padre Island. (License #2023-0211)

Pros and Cons

The location is perfect, place is clean and comfortable. I would suggest to have the shower heads cleaned or replaced, the hot water would go in and out. And ice maker not working, overall place was nice. Need better communication between Padre Getaways office and The actual office at the location.

Close and comfortable

Girlfrield getaway

We always look for condos at Sunchase. This is one of our favorite properties on South Padre. It’s close to our favorite hangout, LongBoards. We would definitely stay here again. The place was clean, comfy beds, nice kitchen with plenty of space for relaxing.

Excellent place to stay!!

The condo was great, definitely worth the cost!! It was super clean and very well kept. Loved the decor and the beachy vibe. It is very spacious. The view was amazing!! It was very convenient to everything on the island and the beach. The owners were very responsive to our question about the gate code and other than that we had no issues. We had a great time. Will definitely be returning for future vacations. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home for the weekend.

Comfortable Condo in heart of South Padre

Nice property, large, very clean and comfortable condo with most everything needed for a great stay. Large balcony to relax on. Short walk on private beach access and great pools/hot tub. Complex is gated which is more secure. Amy and Juan always responded quickly to any messages. Our only complaint was there was construction going on (re-tiling of front walkway areas) at the complex which we was not disclosed to us and we had to listen to tile saws going during the day Thurs-Sat. Made it a little difficult to enjoy the balcony at times during the day due to the noise. Otherwise the rest of our stay was good.

Everything worked out great at the property. The property management was great responded right away. Sorry we had to leave early because of a storm power outage. We will be back!

Great stay in nice condo

We had a great stay at this condo. Very clean and comfortable. Close to the beach and restaurants. Great communication with owner. Easy check in and out. Would definitely stay here again when we come to South Padre.

Just like Home

Our stay was more than expected! Amy made it easy to communicate with and was always very helpful. The photos don't do this rental justice! It was a cozy stay and instantly felt like home! We truly enjoyed our stay!
