Charming 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with cozy sunroom and large backyard in the heart of historic downtown Meridian. This adorable home was recently renovated with modern upgrades. Short (3 blocks) walk to parks, restaurants, bars, local events and Meridian walking path system. Centrally located with a very short drive to The Village, Meridian shopping and freeway access. 10-15 minutes to downtown Boise. We look forward to welcoming you!

We are happy to accept longer stays! We offer the following long term stay discounts:
-10% for stays of 7+ days
-15% for stays of 30+ days
Discounts will automatically factor in to the prices shown on AirBnB.

★For Stays over 29 nights★
Please note that for stays exceeding 29 nights, Idaho law requires that we must obtain a lease from you before hosting your stay.

Our company policy also dictates that stays exceeding 29 nights require an extra cleaning every 29 days. This will be billed at the cost of an additional cleaning fee. These extra cleanings help keep our home an enjoyable place for all renters and really help our cleaning crews at the time of checkout.
Please keep these policies in mind if booking a long term stay.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire cottage. Living room, full kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (Queen bed in each room), Sunroom with desk and a fantastic backyard to lounge with a good book and a cup of coffee. 24/7 street parking available!

Other things to note:

This is our home and not just an investment, so please be respectful. We love being able to provide guests with a both a convenient location and comfortable stay, so we ask that you read and follow our house rules. Thank you!

Trick or Treat

The property takes you back to the 1930’s. It is in a quiet neighborhood. As one enters the home there is a feeling of nostalgia from years past when life was simple. The two bedrooms both had closets with plenty of space to store luggage and hang clothing. Only one bedroom contains a mirror. It has been suggested by other guests that the owner add a mirror to the bedroom. I agree with the suggestion, as it is a one-bathroom home. Full kitchen, with a huge frig. Bathroom is fully stocked with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The home is located in a place that is within walking distance to eating establishments, or a short drive to a variety of shopping adventures. Or a walk in a variety of parks. We especially like the fact that the home does NOT allow pets. The cleaning crew appeared to have enough challenges without having to pick up pets. The price is right, that is not a trick. The place was cozy, that was a treat.

Quiet, clean neighborhood reas close to restaurants

It was nice. Comfortable beds. Would have been all 5 stars if there wasn't construction going on... made the stay inconvenient.

Perfect House For Our Stay with Amazing Location!

My sisters and I were coming to town and wanted to stay somewhere together. After much reseach, we found this house, and I am so glad we selected it. It could not have been more perfect for our needs! The house was small, but laid out perfectly. The rooms were cozy and the beds were comfy. The backyard was awesome, it was so soothing to listen to the wind in the trees and the birds chirping. And possibly the best asset of all is the location. We were able to walk a few blocks to the main drag in Meridian with tons of restaurants, bars, shops, etc. I definitely recommend this house, and would stay there again if/when i return to the Boise area!

Quick trip

Stayed for 2 nights to visit family. The house was cute and cozy. It served its purpose for the needs of the trip the exterior of the home could use some TLC but the interior was clean and updated.

Cousin Reunion

Just a few blocks off a main road, in a quiet neighborhood. Close to a 5 mile walking trail, and a few miles from everywhere we needed to be. This house is very clean, beautiful new wood floors, AC, and comfortable, sleep-through-the-night beds. Recommended!
