Perfect for a romantic getaway, a solo adventure, or business trip, this gorgeous new apartment has it all. Urban chic accentuated by historic 19th-century brick in the heart of the Arts District and a short walk to the Old Port. Relax on your private rooftop deck while taking in the views of Casco Bay and the city. A comfortable, roomy living area, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a modern bathroom with a walk-in rain shower. 1 bedroom with a new king bed, a roomy double closet, and a washer/dryer for your convenience. You also have access to a queen pullout couch in the living room.

So beautiful and clean!! Spacious newly renovated apartment located in an 1890s brownstone in the center of the Arts District of Portland.

Main entry into the brownstone is through a street-level door with keyless access to the shared stairwell. Your 2nd-floor walk-up apartment also has keyless access.

There is no parking at the building as you are in a row of historic brownstones. On-street parking is free from 6pm-9am and free on Sunday. Otherwise, on-street parking is metered with a max of 2 hrs. A better solution is a nearby parking garage with 24 hr access for a fee of $19 per 24 hrs on weekdays and $28 on weekends, which is affordable in the city.

Amenities were in great condition! Located in a central spot in Old Port where we were able to walk to anything going on. host was incredibly easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Would recommend again!

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in Portland, ME and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay! The apartment is immaculate and secure. The location makes it very easy to walk anywhere. If you don't want to walk, Uber/Lyft rides are only about 8 one way to harborside restaurants. The private balcony is also nice, but the museum next door is under construction. Dena was always quick to respond to our questions and even surprised us with a nice card and champagne at check in. We would definitely stay here again! Side note, one required survey question asked to rate the winery tour which we did not do and that's the reason I selected 3/5 stars.

Everything was easily accessible. It was great to have pods for laundry detergent and dishwasher use. Ice trays in the freezer were appreciated. The locacation couldn't have been better--directly across the street from the Portland Museum of Art and in the center of the downtown restaurant scene. Dena was a great support and available to answer any question on a moment's notice. Such a great experience!

Wow!!! We can’t say enough how amazing this place is. You can walk anywhere. We came for our honeymoon, and Dena made our visit very special with welcome card and bubbly. Highly recommend!!

This is a perfect place to stay in one of our favorite cities. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and located so that parking is nearby with great restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance. We appreciated the vibe of the place and effort to make being there a part of the great time in Portland rather than just a place to sleep. Dena is a great host, provided timely information and was quick to respond to any questions we had.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Portland, ME. The location is unbeatable — nestled in a cool, walkable neighborhood with great restaurants just around the corner or within a few minutes' walk. It made exploring the city on foot incredibly easy and enjoyable.The apartment itself is a real gem. It’s modern and thoughtfully designed, with just the right mix of contemporary style and carefully chosen antique pieces that give it warmth and character. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and the space felt welcoming from the moment we arrived.The private rooftop deck was a huge bonus — a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the view after a day out. We also really appreciated the host allowing us to check in early, which made a big difference given our early travel schedule that day.Another small but very helpful feature: there’s a loading zone right in front of the building, which made unloading our suitcases super convenient.All in all, this was one of the best Vrbo stays we’ve had, and we’d absolutely return next time we’re in Portland.

Perfect spot!

This was a wonderful home base for two days of exploring Portland. Plenty of insanely good restaurants around (so much more than lobster rolls but those are also incredible) and cool shops. The listing is exact, not much else to say! Great communication, plenty of information provided, the rooftop patio was indeed private, great for relaxing and a little late night people-watching.The apartment is nearly sound proof - we couldn’t hear anyone else in the building, and we know they were there. There’s some outside noise but it wasn’t disruptive at all. I probably only really noticed it because we live out in the sticks where it’s pretty quiet. 11/10!

Great little apartment in a nice location

Comfortable and clean apartment was perfect for my wife and I while visiting Portland for 4 days. Rooftop deck was great for relaxing, bathroom was clean and spacious, kitchen had everything we needed, bed was clean and comfortable. Host was great with communication and checking in and out was simple and convenient. If we are back we will definitely try to stay here again!

Perfect space and location!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It looks just as pictured and strikes the perfect balance between modern decor and comfort. The bed has a memory foam mattress, which I found very comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. The rain shower was a great touch, and the double sinks made getting ready easy for two people.The kitchen had all the basic necessities, and the appliances were sleek and new. Having a washer and dryer was especially convenient after getting caught in the rain one day. Even though it was a bit chilly during our visit, we still made time to enjoy coffee on the lovely rooftop deck.Dena was a great host—attentive and helpful, providing useful recommendations for our first trip to Maine. The location couldn’t be better—right across from the Museum of Art and within walking distance of great bars, coffee shops, and restaurants.Highly recommend! We’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in Portland.

Immaculate property in Old Port

10/10 stay! Dena was very responsive and informative making check-in/check-out a breeze. The location can’t be beat, right in the heart of the city. The apartment itself was very clean and tastefully designed. My favorite things were the oversized shower, extremely comfortable mattress/pillows and the quirky private rooftop deck. Would recommend to anyone, can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect Penthouse Charm

We loved this stylish townhouse very close to the Portland Museum of Art, and within a short walking distance of Old Port. Everything is well designed for a comfortable stay, and the manager, Dena was very flexible regarding our needs and responsive by text to our questions which were few. We loved the well-equipped kitchen and the roominess and high ceilings, as well as the luxurious comfort of the king bed. We did not want to leave, and plan to be back soon.

City on the outside, comfort on the inside

What a great place! Located in the arts district, this refurbished brownstone has every modern convenience within walking distance of restaurants and museums. Windows on both sides of the apartment provide street views, one active and bustling, one quiet with a view of Casco Bay and sunrises. And the rooftop patio is a dream - we loved being part of Portland history with an up close view of the florist's ad mural!

Portland Perfection

We stayed at this property for 4 lovely days in October. It is spacious, comfortable and clean. The location is perfect - right in the middle of the action, minutes from great restaurants and bars. Everything was walkable, and parking can be found nearby. Dena was very welcoming, and we had great communication before and during our stay. If you’re looking for a great getaway, look no further!

Awesome stay on Free Street

We were in Maine for a wedding an hour north of Portland. But chose to stay in the "Old Port" to check out the area. The apartment was great, perfect size for us, great views and location! We were just as comfortable hanging out for a night in as we were walking around to check out restaurants and bars... fun time, thank you!
