Cape Cod single family home located off Interstate 295 convenient to Philadelphia (15 min) and Atlantic City (45 min). Professionally landscaped with blue stone patio, deck and water garden in fenced private yard. Located in lovely suburban community along the Delaware River across from the Philadelphia Airport in South Jersey. Spacious for a family of 8 or less with a full kitchen, family room, living room, dining area and sunroom. Must be 25 yrs. to book , show ID and be present at check in.
The space
Perfect for families attending weddings, family reunions and graduations in the Philadelphia and South Jersey area. Backyard space with landscape lighting, koi pond, basketball hoop on concrete pad, patio with table and grill, deck, and professionally landscaped for enjoyment in the nice weather. The Sunroom has a full view of the area as well with plants and a piano to enjoy. Note: Must be 25 years or older to book and show ID upon self- check in if requested by host. Person booking reservation must be present. Owners on site (duplex style) Completely separate from guests.
Guests occupy two thirds of the house privately as shown in the pictures.
Guest access
Guests have private access to the fenced in yard and inside space shown in the pictures which includes the deck, patio, basketball court, koi pond and grill area. Entrance is via the sunroom door located at the right side facing the house with a keypad for self-check in.
Other things to note:
No events, parties or extra guests staying over if not booked as such. Quiet time 11pm.

This property was fantastic in every way. Worked out wonderfully for us to celebrate my mom's 89th birthday and close proximity to Philly for our Tea Around Town excursion without being in the city. Host provided timely information for everything down to a bouquet of flowers and Happy Birthday banner for my mom. We will plan a return to this property when in Philly area.

This location is a little off the beaten path of housing communities where we very liked. Some industrial places immediate area but groceries and Walmart not that far away. The close interstate access a major plus.

Clean, spacious, well equipped inside and out, and near everything. And the outside patio and grounds were absolutely gorgeous. The owners, Connie and Andy are the best. We would Definitely stay here again!

This was the best VRBO rental. The house was exactly as listed and very clean! Connie was so kind and detailed, leaving notes with information and instructions for things like the heat, etc. Everything we needed and more, Connie had in the home. We definitely recommend staying here and if we ever come back North, we would stay here again!

Our family of 5 enjoyed a week-long stay in this very clean and comfortable home. The landscaping was truly beautiful, and we spent quite a bit of time outdoors in the spacious backyard. Our granddaughter was thrilled for the opportunity to feed the koi fish in the lovely pond each day. Indoors, we had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the home. Connie was a friendly and thoughtful host. She was available for questions and provided us with helpful info about local eateries and sites to visit. We loved Longwood Gardens. Connie also gifted us with some of their own garden goodies and fresh-baked treats. :) The home’s location was very good for our needs, and we drove to Philly daily. Clear instructions were provided for everything, and checkout was a breeze. We would stay here again.

Cute spot and wonderful hosts

Property was nestled away from the busy streets and had a beautiful outside oasis. Only wish the weather was more cooperative! Hosts were fantastic in their communication and provided all the info and amenities we needed. Perfect spot for the 7 of us.

Beautiful landscape

The family and I loved this place! The home is spacious and the common areas are large for families to gather. The 2 main bathrooms and kitchen are full renovated. But the big ticket item is the property itself, the outdoor area is meticulously maintained and beautiful! Plus the owners are super friendly! Highly recommend staying here, we had a great time with the family.

We are frequent home renters vs staying in hotels. We traveled with our adult son, daughter in law, 2 1/2 year old granddaughter and 2 mo old grandson. The house was immaculate and the small personal touches were all well thought out. From a fresh wrapped stick of butter in the fridge to body wash for the 2 yr old. Toys upon toys for her to play with and she loved feeding the fish daily. There was ample space for her to run around and burn off energy. I would 100 % stay there again!!! Connie even brought us some homemade chocolate chip cookies during our stay.

Conveniently located property that allowed relaxation between swim meets. Plenty of space and very quiet. Close to our venue at GCIT. The property was spotless and the host supplied so many amenities. All the comforts of home.

Connie and Andy were the most gracious hosts we’ve ever had while staying at a home rental. Their home was very lovely and very accommodating for our family of 8. Every room had a special touch added to it and the backyard was so peaceful and beautiful with the trees and the koi fish pond. The location was perfect and so close to our family that we were visiting for a wedding. If we could we would rate it 10 stars. I’m so happy I found this VRBO and look forward to coming back sometime.

Golden Girls Weekend

We enjoyed the property's unique set-up and extra provisions. It was a laid-back weekend for us to catch up on life happenings. Your online pictures do not capture your property's total inside and outside beauty. It's an excellent place to stay!

PAX Unplugged Gaming HQ

My friends and I rented this house as our base of operations for PAX Unplugged gaming convention. Everyone was impressed with the property. We all had a comfortable stay. The owner was very responsive to our needs. I would rent again next year if available.

I am a wife, mother, grandmother and retired nurse who enjoys travel and gathering with family and friends. We spend time watching our 3 teenage grandchildren play sports and we love to cook.

We raised our children in this home and put on several additions over the years.
In 2013 we built an in- law suite addition for us which is attached to this rental space but is completely private. Our son's family lived in the home's original side until 2019 when their plans changed to move and start a doggy day care nearby. So, we began short term rentals and enjoy having wonderful families stay in the larger original area of the home with a deck, patio, grill area, rustic barn roof overhang with firepit, water garden with koi fish and basketball area.

My husband is a retired landscape designer/architect, so he takes care of the koi pond and fenced in area for guests to enjoy. He provides fish food in the warmer weather with instructions for feeding fish if desired. We are nearby for guest needs yet we give our guests their privacy unless contacted.
