Welcome to Roseate View, Unit 8A! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable "home away from home" experience in Cedar Key. Step into a bright, inviting living space that immediately captivates with stunning marsh views that are world famous for bird-watching. You'll find comfort in a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun.

The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex. Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town.

Beautiful place

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Roseate View for the 4th of July! Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Home was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We will certainly be returning as soon as possible!

A "Key" Piece of My Heart

I grew up in Gilchrist County and moved away to the great state of Georgia shortly after graduating high school. My family and I make it a yearly trip to Cedar Key for my husband's birthday and our stay is NEVER disappointing! Rooms and ammenities are always well kept.

LOVE CEDAR KEY

This was our 3rd trip to Cedar Key and 1st time at Fenimore. It was an ideal location and we enjoyed the condo. My only complaint was that the listing stated the pool was not available due to hurricane damage. Which was not a big deal but since my husband and I are not lay on the beach people I did not bring a swimsuit. I was very disappointed to see the pool open when we arrived but no swimsuit. Other than that small issue we had a great time and we will be visiting again soon.

Long weekend

We had a picture perfect weekend enjoying the weather and fishing. The condo was in great condition and had every amenity from home to keep us comfortable.

Great Condo In Cedar Key

My wife and I had four days to visit Cedar Key. We loved the condo, the balcony view, the conveniences, the decor, and the cleanliness. The manager was great, and the check-in process was easy peasy. We will be back next year!

Very disappointed! This place has a very musty smell, and it is coming from the couch the couch is musty and is long overdue for a cleaning but, truthfully needs replaced. The pictures concealed the dirty spots. The throw pillows on the couch have stains. I used several sheets to cover the couch. I pulled what I thought was a clean white sheet from the closet straight into the laundry room terrible stains. I won’t even begin to tell you what it looked like very gross. The rest of the place is clean. I did contact the property management company, and they did offer to put me in another unit, but I already unpacked because when booking this was the only 2-bedroom unit available. Covering the couch with several layers of sheet masked the musty smell along with the air freshener I request, and they quickly brought it over. The sheets and blankets need to be replaced many have holes and are torn. I have stayed at this property previously with ZERO issues. This unit was definitely not worth the price I paid. I only stayed 2 night and good thing I did not plan on cooking; kitchen is not stocked well for cooking old dirty pots and not enough to cook a meal. It would have been nice if the property management offered some kind of a refund for my issues after I explained I already unpacked. Nothing.

Wonderful Get Away

The condo was great. It was very clean and well stocked. We enjoyed our coffee on the balcony while watching the shorebirds feed along the marshes. We really liked the location because it was quiet and peaceful, but also within walking distance to Dock St. Although we had no children with us there is a very nice playground within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

Great home nice layout and close to everything

We truly enjoyed our stay. We came in to fish for a few days and home was in walking distance to the docks and restaurants. Very clean and quite had everything we needed. Only issue is the WiFi code is incorrect. We tried several devices and code would not work

Stay was good. Loved cedar key. Management was great. Had an issue with bathroom and was handled superbly. Condo itself was a little out dated and kitchen could have been better supplied. But these are easy fixes.

Weekend Getaway

We loved the Condo. Great location. Made wonderful use of the pool at the end of the day. It’s a great unit on the 2nd floor which is nice because you aren’t lugging all your stuff all the way up to the 3rd floor!! We intentionally picked this unit because of that. Only issue we had is no casserole dish to use for breakfast. We ended up borrowing one from a friends unit and returning it. Problem solved! Will stay again, very clean unit!
